I love the top half of the photo, I don't think the bottom 40% adds anything to it. Depending on how much you love the background, I'd either crop it square starting a bit below the book, or crop it horizontal just above her head as well. I love the concept of her hanging out with with a book and a hot cuppa, although she's got such lovely ginger hair it seems a waste to squander it in black and white.
