The guy in Japan who bought my K1000SE used BidPay. In just a few days I received a Western Union money order in the mail (in US dollars, of course). It was quick and painless. Actually, I has my auction listed as being for U.S. bidders only, but after what this guy bid for my camera I wasn't about to quibble! BidPay worked great. Mark I've used BidPay http://www.bidpay.com/ a few times. I live in UK and most auctions are US or Canadian. The advantage is that you pay by credit card which is the easiest way of doing currency conversions. The seller gets notified direct from BidPay that a money order is on its way so they can ship the goods. It costs the buyer $5 flat for payments less that $100 or 2.25% +$5 for orders over $100. Hi, I did this and it worked fine, they debited the $1 off my visa, but then credited it to my paypal account, so i used the $1 on my first transaction. If they $1 shows up on your visa then code should its just a part of the paypal name on the visa card statement. I also had a problem with my visa not working for a while and i called them on the telephone and i found the staff to be very very helpful. I noticed them for C as well, starting at $169.95, and for N, starting at $174.95. It's a pity to have a camera of such a good brand, you have to pay more for your Zenitar because of that:-) I will report my findings here, I am interested in other opinions as well! When registering they send you an e-mail where they warn you of not calling your credit card company for getting the code.
