Thn 1994 saya pernah jadi OS (asst/maintenance) di perusahaan surabaya namanya 
SBA, MV ARMADA MURNI 5800 GRT,General Cargo,g tau masih Ada Atw tutup. Memang 
itu sdh hampir 20 thn lalu hanya 6bln saja,gaji saya cuma Rp 75.000/bln 



Lalu ada uang lasing apabila Muatan ondeck,Ada juga cleaning palka.masing 
5000/org,hanya sayang sampai 5 bln kerja hanya ucapan saja saya & teman2 tak 
pernah menerima hasilnya,Oleh karenanya saya berjanji utk merubah nasib tak mau 
jadi OS,SAK",ternyata Oleh Krn sengsara & sakit hati saya jadi 
BAIK,ternyata TUHAN punya rencana indahnya buat hidup saya kedepan,Sekarang 
saya bekerja di BOURBON OFFSHORE dgn gaji 310.5US$ 



Sebagai CO,setelah melalui proses perubahan hidup susah/senang.

Itulah bedax bro. Dikpl ada yg kerja pake otak ada yg pake otot dan ada yg 
tanggung jwb. Yg kerja pake otak n punya tanggung jwb otomatis hrs punya skill 
yg di buktikan dg sertifikat dmn trainingx bukan dg uang yg murah. Mkx gaji 
besar krn tanggung jwb bkn krn otot siapa yg kerja byk itu yg byk 
gaji..kalo dihitung untuk jadi officer / engineer sekolah di akedemi aja 
sdh 3-4th. Sertifikat 10-15 pcs dg waktu n biaya yg nga sedikit. Sdngkn jd Ab / 
Os / Oiler hanya perlu bbrp 1 bln untuk ambil ANT-D / ATTD dan sertifikat lainx 
hanya perlu bbrp minggu. Jd jgn salah kalo gaji mereka lbh bsr. Ibarat 
kontraktor bangunan, apa mgkn gaji kuli lbh bsr dr mandorx kan nga 
mgknjadi itulah rumus hidup kalo mau berkarir yg tau sendiri bgmn 
jalanx kn.

Need Crew for Tug Boat+Barges with below salary :
1).Master dan CE
Basic Pay : $ 1440
Leave Pay : $ 360
2).CO dan 2/E
Basic Pay : $ 800
Leave Pay : $ 200
3).Oiler dan A/B
Basic Pay : $ 320
Leave Pay : $ 80
Important Remarks :
1).Above salary are in Singapore Dollar (SGD)
2).Leave Pay ONLY will be paid upon the completion of contract (9 months).
1).Air ticket will be reimbursed back to crew upon completion of contract. 
Based on the crew performances as well.

Cambodia
Singapore
C).Certificate
Panama & Spore COE. All of our vessels are under Panama flag and Singapore flag.
Extra requirement as follows:
1.Ability to speak English language is a must for deck officers and engineers
2.Experience operating tugs and barges, preferably with experience in Singapore 
waters
3.Crew to be responsible for the cost of getting their own Panama or Spore COE, 
including medical expenses related to this.(If the crew doesn’t have the Panama 
or Spore COE)
4.Adm fee : 2,5jt saja 
5.If crew is being terminated due to negligence in job, cost of repatriation, 
and for replacement, shall be on account of the crew
6.All crews arriving should have a copy of full set of their certificates.
7.Air- ticket / travel expenses will be bear on crew own cost. Company shall 
reimburse.
