Dear All, Sekedar masukan kepada rekan2 seprofesi mari kita rubah main set yang ada di pikiran kita tentang posisi kerja yang akan dijalanipasti semua menginginkan gaji besar, pekerjaan sedikit, kontrak pendek dan ++ nya besar jugatetapi kembalikan lagi dengan kemampuan dan skill masing2 apakah sudah pantas mendapatkannya. Banyak beberapa contoh kasus yang berawal dari skill, komunikasi yang kurang dan yang paling sering karena SNI ( Standard Nekad Indonesia ) dari rekan2 kita Kita berhak menuntut hak untuk disamakan standard yang ada tetapi yang paling penting adalah laksanakan dan jalani dulu kewajiban kita sudah pasti hak kita dengan sendirinya akan datang. yang terakhir adalah mari kita bersatu untuk mendesak pemerintah RI memberikan suatu pengakuan secara resmi dan mengeluarkan standard salary bagi pelaut indonesia yang sesuai dengan ITF seperti halnya negara2 lain. Dear, Terima kasih atas usulan dan saran untuk kami yang bekerja di bagian crewing. selama saya bekerja di crewing sebaik mungkin untuk menawarkan posisi kerja yang sesuai dengan standard ITF. Sekedar masukan juga para rekan2 seprofesi bahwa yang menjadikan owner2 perusahaan pelayaran memberikan standard salary dibawah ITF ada beberapa faktor yang mungkin bisa menjadi bahan pemikiran kita : 1. banyak dari teman2 kita yang karena terlalu pilih2 kapal dan sudah lama didarat tidak mendapatkan peluang dan posisi kerja yang diinginkan, padahal memiliki ijazah tinggi, karena tuntutan kebutuhan ekonomi akhirnya menerima tawaran kerja dengan gaji lebih kecil dari standard. 2. attitude dari sebagian rekan2 yang kurang baik dan kurang profesional dalam bekerja. 3. bahasa untuk berkomunikasi yang masih banyak kesulitan pada rekan2 kita. Tetapi kami sebagai crewing, akan tetap berusaha memberikan tawaran dan peluang kerja yang terbaik untuk rekan2. Semua pihak saling terkait untuk kemajuan dan kesejahteraan pelaut indonesia. Dear All and Moderator, Resolusi untuk 2011 yang menjadi Pekerjaan yang tertunda sekedar masukan : 1. Data base Pelaut indonesia 2. Pengakuan dan perlindungan dari pemerintah kepada pelaut indonesia secara resmi ( seperti negara philipina yang pemerintahnya mengakomodasi dan mengakui pelaut secara nasional dan memiliki standar salary secara nasional ), itu untuk menghindari perlakuan company terutama dari luar yang merendahkan pelaut indonesia. 3. Memiliki wadah Pelaut yang Profesional yang benar2 mengutamakan dan memfasilitasi pelaut indonesia yang idah hanya memikirkan dan mementingkan sekelompok orang atau golongan. mungkin itu resolusi 2011 yang harus dikonsentrasikan, mudah2n apa yang menjadi harapan kita sebagai pelaut bisa lebih baik.
