Fixed. Really weird stuff though. I couldn't reproduce it locally, only saw an error in the logs on the rsync box. The issue is I believe the oop5.xml didn't include the traits entity reference, which therefore wasn't included - but was linked to in the migration54 notes. How the weird &.localspl.append; error happened I've no idea. The translation seems to work now on the docs box atleast now..
