They have a webpage at http://www.photomall.com/ffc1.htm, and although the film's not exactly cheap, at least it is available in bw and ektachrome. Maggie

- Original Message - From: Andy Schmitt aschm...@warwick.net Darn...I knew I should have paid more attention in German class... Isn't Schmitt a German surname, Andy? can't speak German? shame, shame :-) The MACOPHOTO films look real interesting. Hopefully they will be able to point me to an English translation of the info .pdf the pricing isn't too bad. There is this within-same-continent alternative. also: http://www.frugalphotographer.com/index.htm They even have 126 film for a quick pinhole camera set-up. Guillermo

Guy ans all interested, Are you refering to Photo Impex at http://www.fotoimpex.de/ ? If you are, I should tell the list that I have had excellent dealings with them from Montreal, Canada. Quick, courteous service and excellent packing. I highly recommend them. Yep, it's them. By the way, the are already listed here: http://people.smu.edu/rmonagha/bron127film.html Tat reference is only obsolete in as much as it does not show Fotoimpex's informative and easy-to-use website. US-shoppers may benefit by the favorible exchange rate. Dollars are worth more these days in the Euro zone. What's 127 film and will anything else fit (120?), or did I buy a useless box camera? See: http://www.frugalphotographer.com/ for 127 film.

Murray, What's 127 film and will anything else fit (120?), or did I buy a useless box camera? To my knowledge EFKE - an eastern European manufacturer still makes 127 films. If you can't find a supplyer near you, there is one in Berlin, Germany who sells worldwide. Erich I think Freestyle sells this film. Check them on the net. It use to be freestylesalesco.com
