Looks like this muon update included a bad merge and it has the wrong version number amongst other problems. Please hold of on updating muon for now while we work it out. You guys should use the script in release-tools for generating the changelog so people can get links to the commits and to the bugs/reviwes if they are there. No the fix is not yet in and I advice packagers to *NOT* package kwin till the new tarballs are up. I consider the issue in question a release blocker, please consider it the same.
