Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Spotify Premium Plugin (Beta)
I've just registered to this wonderful forum, to thanks TRIODE for the great plugin that enables to use Spotify in Squeezebox world. I run in my House 2X Duet, 1X Boom and 1X Radio with a Premium account of Spotify and it works very very well! If I understand right the spotify library is a little old but when the new one will become available, this plugin will gain features..! Let's hope it happens as soon as possible. I really thanks a lot TRIODE for his work and I hope it continues to develope new versions of this incredible plugin! THANKS! Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] iPeng support thread
I'm not so sure this is an important use case for most people. I believe most people who want to show the artwork or lyrics permanently do so in a dock and when it comes to actually controlling something you might as well argue that you need to do so usually after playback has stopped. iPeng does already apply that logic for running in the background, but in the foreground I believe some people will not want that behavior so it would be _another_ option. And for _another_ option the usual rule applies: you want a new one, name one we can drop since there are already wy to many of them. pippin's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=13777 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=51929 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Got the file. Thank you. I've installed it, but there's a problem. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] iPeng support thread
I have all my networked music built around LMS and Squeezeboxes, all controlled with iPeng. Logitech is apparently shutting down Squeezebox related activity faster than expected so I have started to test JRiver MC. MC18 is very nice, but I really miss iPeng when using MC. Have you considered doing iPeng for JRiver? Is the remote command set for MC good enough? Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Qobuz.com streaming plugin
Hi everybody. I'm not personally using squeezeboxqobuz plugin, but a home brewed music server, with the qobuz API implemented in python. I have issues from friday. Error 404, randomly. So the problem is a change on qobuz side. I'll try to investigate that tonight, maybe I(we) didn't respect something in the API spec, or they change something in the API without documenting it. Anyway, if qobuzdestop works, by reverse engineering I'll found. Must not be too complicated pierrepoulpe's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=58007 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97146 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

It worked great for me at first, then after a while it started writing only the URL to a lyrics service. I don't know if they ever straightened it out, but I may give it another look now. aubuti's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2074 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=98161 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Alternative Web Interface (beta)
I've created a repository for the plugin, so it can now be installed using the normal LMS mechanism (see post #1 for details). If you have installed it manually from the zips before, delete the LMSnewGUI folder before switching to the new method. The NewLMSGUI is working for me now, although it was definitely slow to load. So slow, in fact, that I thought it wasn't working, but it is. The plugin loads a fair amount of data at start-up to cache it for later use (e.g. artists, genres etc.) . Depending on your server performance, this could take a while. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Smart Mix plugin
Is the Don't stop the music! feature player-specific setting or for the server and hence all players? It appears it is for the server, so it's all or nothing. I'd like to be able to turn off the setting for some players, but not others. Correct. It's all or nothing.
