I'll have to look into this. Normally in this case it should be the server's job to determine where to start (iPeng just says "play this album") and I also can't reproduce this but I'm hearing it more often recently. Could you 1. Send me a diagnostics mail from within iPeng (just tap the mail link under "Help"). 2. Tell me which Squeezebox model you are playing on 3. Tell me the whole menu path where you are tapping the cover (directly under "Albums" or some other menu) 4. I am running Squeezebox Server 7.5.1 - r30836 with SSOTS 4.9.1 on my QNAP NAS 209, what reliable version do I need to upgrade to for Smart Mix plugin to work, it says it is not valid for the version I am running now... Hmm... it might actually work with 7.5, but I've never tested it. Attached you will find todays complete scan. (For a complete view of the scan I changed the no. of rules to 5). Only Smartmix and Automatic Scan were debugged. Which means that the scan never finishes correctly, thus never runs the SmartMix export. I'm running a smartmixmissing log creation right now to get an exact number. [SlimDevices: Plugins] SqueezePad and Smartmix
Now that I've discovered the great Smartmix plugin I'm completely sold to it. Unfortunately, SqueezePad does not show the Smart Mix menu in the Home menu. Can this be added? It works perfect with iPeng. And a second request for SqueezePad is to recognize the Wandboard. SqueezePad does show the Wandboard in it's lists of players but it does not assign a nice icon to it like it does with all other Squeezeboxes. This is obvious not a huge issue but it would make things nicer. I use wunderground for most my links, using the paramters %E %1 %j on one line to display temperature, time and wind speed. I have the issue that when I select an album from the list to play immediately (click on cover, not title), that it adds the entire album to the list. But it plays the 2nd track from the album instead of the first. I know I had this issue in the past too, but then I think it went away again with a new version of iPeng. Now this issue is back, but I haven't changed my LMS-version or any of it's settings for months. I did however update my iPeng with every new release.
