Attached you will find todays complete scan. (For a complete view of the
scan I changed the no. of rules to 50000).
Only Smartmix and Automatic Scan were debugged.
There's a problem with some folder on which it stops the scanning process:

Not updating lastRescanTime!
Which means that the scan never finishes correctly, thus never runs the
SmartMix export. Please check & fix permissions on that folder.
