If you can get me a contact in Synology I would be happy to discuss with them. There should be no reason why their NASs cannot be supported, but from people's posts here there are two issue which seem to exist: 1) Synology persist in not following standard conventions for the perl architecture string, this means LMS's default detection of what processor architecture they have does not work, this makes it harder for the plugin to find included binaries 2) It appears that recent Synology OSs do not support reading RPATH entries in binaries - this means the automatic search for the library which the plugin uses doesn't work on Synology devices [it works on all other linux devices people have reported]. From reports on this forum this is a recent change from Synology. It would be appreciated if Synology could return to previous operation for dynamic library loading Triode's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=17 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=79706 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
