Hi Michael,
Thanks for your quick reply! I discovered that the plugin somehow choked
on some local tracks. After examining the mp3 tags I could not find
anything unusual so I simply moved them to another location in the file
system. Did a clear and rescan of SmartMix. The scanner log showed the
tracks were deleted from the catalog and the process completed
successfully. Next I moved the tracks back to the music folder and did a
clear and rescan again. This time it went through smoothly and my local
music is now recognized in the mix!! Yes! Awesome!
I beats me why the move action did the trick. Are you aware of this?
I am enjoying your awesome plugin now! A very good alternative to
MusicIP at long last!! ;-)

I actually retagged all my "the doors" albums, and then rescanned. After
that the doors where not giving this log entry anymore. But issue with
smartmix stayed the same. I also forgot to save the log.
I will do a rescan of my collection and post the log again.

I noticed that artists were being repeated alot. Looks like I'm just getting the "A"s through some "F"s as selectable artists. Your server.log file is reporting LMS 7._5_.4 and a MySQL error?!? That's not at all what you're reporting in your footer. I'm not sure the plugin would work with such an old version of the server software. There's a Smart Mix ?error? in the attached server.log and I've attached the debug scanner log. Seems similar to post #1148 as "The Doors" causes an error in the scan? Yep, seems very similar. Could you check your file's tags, too, please? The app has stopped working for me as of earlier today...can't access playlists or play albums saved as favourites. I noticed on LMS that there was an update available which I have installed but it's not fixed the problem. Is this a general issue or restricted to me? Thanks! That makes sense. I had actually downloaded an updated squeezelite binary for the Vamp, and looking at the squeezelite page, it seems that the pre-built binaries do not include the ffmpeg libraries. Thanks for this plugin, bpa! Yes, definitely an mplayer issue. It looks like I'm running MPlayer SVN-r36573-4.8.2. I'm sure that my previous VortexBox build was probably running a different mplayer, which might be why it worked there. Too bad mplayer isn't more consistent. I'm coming to the squeezebox game a little late, and don't actually have any hardware players. I'm running the VortexBox to serve a couple Android devices running the SqueezePlayer app as well as a PogoPlug VAMP running squeezelite. The built-in squeezelite player on the VortexBox played my wma's without any trouble, but the others weren't able to do it. This sounds like an mplayer issue. To help others you should also include the mplayer version and build as different buidls have used different options. Are you using a SliMP3 or SB1 player ? For Vortexbox players, I would expect Vortexbox to have added the WMA as a "native" format to its player.
