Muso is good but it's not as customizable like winamp. of course I am open to other suggestions as well. ;) I like to use my 55 TV to display info about what I am listening to... I also have a 55 TV on an rooftop with amazing Chicago skyline views and it's really cool to have it up there as well during parties and such... Right now I am using Muso. I have a plug in that makes winamp a UPNP player and yours but of course it's not working -- haha -- I'm pretty much a novice here so not really sure what to do to get them working together... dhallag's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=30845 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=102496 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] announce: squeeze2upnp, a bridge between LMS and uPNP devices
hello. I was wondering if this plugin could be used to display the LMS now playing in winamp? there are several upnp plug in that work with winamp -- I've been trying to figure out how to display what's currently playing in LMS in Winamp and reading this, maybe there's a way to do that via UPNP/DLNA? dhallag's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=30845 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=102496 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] announce: squeeze2upnp, a bridge between LMS and uPNP devices
using windows 8.1 Brilliant, that did it. It now works perfectly. Pause and play work instantly. Fantastic! Let me know if you would like me to do any testing in particular also... I don't suppose you know if its possible to add a convolution engine (not necessarily via squeeze2upnp). im not completely sure how the data flows. I was thinking something like brutefir, but not sure where/how squeeze2upnp fits into things or whether this is possible with upnp lms danielpugh's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=64447 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=102496 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
[SlimDevices: Plugins] Creative use of SqueezePlay, SqueezeLite, SoftSqueeze or Squeezeslave??
Hello and question for all you. Is there a creative way to use SqueezePlay, Squeezelite, SoftSqueeze or SqueezeSlave on the same PC as my Logitech Media Server, to also run Winamp so Winamp can display the current song info?? I'm not asking to use Winamp to control Logitech Media Server or any of the above applications, just to display current song info. thanks much for your thoughts here... darien dhallag's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=30845 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=103843 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] What is the best way to get BBC Radio these days (from the UK)?
OK, an update from my side. This evening I've had a play and tried a few things. I'm currently listening to the R1 stream via both my Logitech Squeezeblox Classic and Squeezeplay on OS X. I've also installed LMS 7.8.1 on an Ubuntu VM on my server. Squeezeplay is fine. My Squeezebox is dropping out all over the place. sjalloq's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4093 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=103797 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: ShairTunes2 plugin - Airtunes on your LMS
Hi, I may have missed a step but I can't see the plugin to check in the repository. I see ShairTunes2 Plugin repository but I don't see any plugins to select. Any ideas? Thanks. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: ShairTunes Plugin
Hi could you please post to http://forums.slimdevices.com/showth...60#post820560? But to answer your questions. Currently i've no idea. But some questions: 1.) Does it occur only once or every X minutes? 2.) Did you recompile with my code? 3.) Does it happen with the old code? Hi disaster123, I took the post from the other thread over to this part Well the timeout in the music playing occurs every X time units. Usually after roughly a minute. I did recompile with your code. No compiler errors. It also does happen with the old code. I always was thinking it has something to do with the the LMS/Perl part, but now it seems to me that there is a bug in the helper binary. It seems that there is an buffer overflow... This is hard to debug since I cannot connect the event of no sound with the log file entry exactly... (Small time diffs between the screen display and the sound system.) chincheta0815's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=42904 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=100379 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

philippe_44 wrote: You are not going to like the transparent mode where all commands from LMS are sent, even when the player if not playing. I can be disturbing for some case where, for example, you are listening to some other source, you start LMS or start the bridge and volume goes to whatever LMS has set ... can be inconvenient. In your case, I would rather find a solution to avoid volume 0 to be sent at the wrong time. But before going there, what seems strange is that in the log I saw, there was no command sent by LMS to set the volume to 0 (I'll re-check). How do you stop the playback in LMS ? (pause, on/off, remove tracks) - these different options force a different behavior of LMS. I think for pause, volume is set to 0 but not for stop (with the 'only while playing' option set) [edit]: another log of a non-working case would help as well, I could not find exactly the case by looking at what I already have That makes sense - I stop a track by hitting the Pause button. There's actually no Stop button on my LMS web GUI, so Stop isn't an option. Sorry which non-working case would you like to see a log for? itm's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=17437 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=102496 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
