It turns out that the error had nothing at all to do with csrf-tokens but it triggered an Amazon dev to take a look at a part of their code where he found something else staring him in the face - a character that was not URL-encoded. Different Amazon servers run different versions of software depending on patch levels and hardware age and locale and such. Some servers were tolerant of the query string but some (minority) were not. The people getting the message just happened to get a 'picky' server assigned during linking. The random nature of this is what was so difficult to track down. I've asked Amazon to update their docs to reflect the stricter scenario. philchillbill's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=68920 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=111443 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] Squeezelite-X
Hello, I'm having a weird issue both with both Squeezelite and Squeezelite-x since migrating to Windows 10. For some unknown reason Squeezelite and Squeezelite-x will simply stop playing at some random point in time and resume a few seconds later. It's definitely no server issue as my other linux-based players do not show the same behaviour and it only showed up since I'm running Windows 10. There's also no driver issue, it happens with all output devices, also with stock windows-drivers and/or installed AMD-Sounddrivers (HDMI). Network configuration remained the same and the computer is connected wired with 1 Gbps. Server and PC are in the same network. When playback stops one can even change playback for other players without any problems, so it appears that there's no connection issue. Before I was running Squeezelite on Windows 7 Pro x64 without having any issues. Anyone else ever had this or a similar problem? BBCiPlayer currently has about 5.7m TV & Radio programs Extras A-Z list all programmes available on BBC iPlayer filtered for radio & podcast. These are usually max 30 days but for some programs (especially those with no rights protected contents) such as "In Our time", "Book at bedtime", "Composer of the week" etc. - they programs can be years old. Pick static image if its an option - go to the squeezebox directory where you're plugins are installed and ensure they have correct permission to allow them to run (ie: execute permissison) Good luck. Also as Micheal suggested try running outside of Docker. I used Docker because I wanted to learn it and I do like the compartmentalization and in the end I found it more stable when interacting with other software. *software* - logitech media server version: 7.9.3 (docker), home assistant 0.140.3, dialogflow - v.2 api, 'lms controls app' (https://github.com/ynot123/lms_controls) - voice control of lms, openmediavault 5.2 *add-ons* - spotty, upnp / dlna bridge, cast bridge, *players* - sonos, upnp, pi3 - pi core player 3.5.0 with iqaudio tophat, android- sb player with viper4android convolution engine, googlehome and google minis *hardware* - hp desktop - i7-3.4ghz, 4gb ram, 6tb storage, debian ynot1234567890's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=66569 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=111217 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Preannounce: Sprocket - Pocket Casts plugin
castalla wrote: > No it's not in InstalledPlugins - I tried the same dir as slimhase - > didn't work for me. Hmm. Thats what I did and it worked: Note that the required folder was not present - I had to create it: /usr/local/slimserver/Cache/Plugins Then I copied the unzipped Sprocket folder and its contens & subdirs in there. Then I press backup on the pCP Webinterface (not sure, if that is needed) Restarted LMS and Plugin was available Hope that helps. slimhase's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=31958 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=111392 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] [Announce] LMS-lite certified Smart Home skill for Alexa
Yesterday I wiped out all Alexa devices that have the same name as LMS players - and have run discover a few times since, including today. But it is still not finding them. Do you keep a list of the discovered players? If yes - maybe you could discard all of mine since Alexa does not know about them. Then it would almost be like going back to square 1. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] ANNOUNCE: YouTube Plugin (API v3)
thanks, it seems that this does the trick: Code: http://myLMS:9000/status.html?p0=playlist&p1=play&p2=youtube://wS1drVzZPmw&player=myPlayer I will investigate some more, but my needs are as simple as that. rwanou's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=69784 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=105840 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

For example, it looks like Group Players get a randomly-assigned 'made up' MAC address which can change (I think) fairly randomly. Does anybody know how the MAC address of Squeezelite is generated and if it's constant or made-up again every time a player boots/power-toggles? If this proves to be the issue, I can change the way I defined my endpointID and keep it free of MAC address content. There is a concept of a discovery 'cookie' that I can use to hold the MAC address instead. philchillbill's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=68920 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=111443 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
