The current, in development, version looks like: 31046 The 'Move the queue to:' is a combo-box allowing you to choose between 'Move the queue to:' and 'Copy the queue to:' (this preference is remembered after the move/copy). I was considering something along the lines of: 31045 Not sure on this though, as currently the action is select 'transfer queue' button in queue view, then click on destination player in dialog -> move happens. Now it would be select 'transfer queue' button in queue view, select player, then click 'Copy' or 'Move'. Not a massive cange, but previously the player entries were buttons, now you need to select player then action. *But* it also means this dialog behaves different to the DSTM and sleep dialogs, where selecting an item also closes the dialog. Which makes this dialog inconsistent. Alternatively I could use; short-press (e..g touch/click) on transfer icon (i.e. the button in the queue toolar) => move (so no change), long-press (e.g. touch icon for 1s or more) => copy ??? But then this is a bit hidden - but means less changes... +---+ |Filename: Screenshot from 2020-07-15 06-27-08.png | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=31046| +---+ *Material debug:* 1. Editing posts does not work for me, so a new answer: I've increased the audio buffer settings for the Baggen from 1000 ms to 1370 ms and it start playing distorted. Still a lot of messages in the log file: Code: Jul 14 20:06:05 baggen-green local0.crit fslogd[1453] AIRPLAY: 2020-07-14 10:06:05.909756 PM [AirPlay] Discarding late packet: seq 19219 ts 574816-574382 (10 ms), 1082 total So next try with 1380 ms audio buffer and voila: it works :) Changed the buffer to 1500 ms: plays fine, too. Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Material Skin
Hope I have not open can of worms with this, apologies if I did. Just to brain storm solutions (That's all I can help with unfortunately, as not able to code :/ ) Below its purely theoretical UI idea as I don't know workload involved into "embedding" 2 Checkboxes in to Player selection window/ Popup In terms of already existing function/procedure workload : I assume there would only be 2 additional "IF Statements" corresponding to new checkboxes . ie If checkbox1 then clear playlist / if checkbox2 powerOFF With icon named as "Transfer" or "Transfer Playback" I believe this would be quite intuitive to use and easy to translate.. (no need to search settings to change action as everything is in one place.. I guess corresponding default checkboxes state could be in setting page anyway) 31041 So with this idea question is really; if its easy or even possible at all to insert checkboxes into player selection popup? ps excuse my poor "Paint" job example :o +---+ |Filename: LMS MS Transfer.JPG | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=31041| +---+ 3x Squeezebox Touch, 3x Squeezebox Radio, SqueezeCommander, Material Skin Apk, Squeezelite-X, Logitech Media Server Version: 8.0.0 with Material Skin Jaca's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=58187 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=109624 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

The plug-in is showing in the list of inactive 3rd party plugins. When I 'tick' the box and 'apply' the message says it will restart the server, the service restarts, a message says it will restart the server AGAIN.!! the service restarts again, but the plugin is still "inactive". Any ideas... doobre's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=66910 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=112518 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] announce: ShairTunes2W - Airtunes on LMS (forked version with Windows support)
I just know that some are in the OS, some are not, "libcrypt-openssl-rsa-perl" is needed when I install the shairtune2 Plugin. I just copy and paste the command automatically nowadays, it's easier that way :) I have used a couple, or three, methods of installing LMS on the raspberry OS and I don't recall "libcrypt-openssl-rsa-perl" being pulled in (I might be mis-remembering :(:p:)) ronnie Man in a van's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=43627 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=106289 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

As far as I know: - libnet-ssleay-perl - libio-socket-ssl-perl are dependent from each other. So installing "libio-socket-ssl-perl" with require "libnet-ssleay-perl". Installing "libcrypt-openssl-rsa-perl" would help (I did not check). But as fas as I know is that the philosophy behind the elib means that all non-standard/specifically needed perl modules are delivered with the plugin in that elib dir. So it seems that maybe there is an issue with the plugin (the prebuild *.so, the perl arch name, ...) or the pre-reqs needed that have to be installed by the user. Maybe that is a question/issue that philippe44 could clarify. Then in additional mimetypes, set audio/L16,audio/L24. It might also work, but not as good as gapless than flow. In flow you either select the sample rate and size you want for all or you let it as source but then the first track decides for all the playlist, until you stop LMS 7.9 on Pi 3B+ & Odroid-C2 - *SqueezeAMP!*, 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB3. Have you run the following ? Code: sudo apt install -y lame libnet-ssleay-perl libio-socket-ssl-perl libcrypt-openssl-rsa-perl #this one for shairtunes-philippe_44) ronnie Man in a van's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=43627 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=106289 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] announce: ShairTunes2W - Airtunes on LMS (forked version with Windows support)
I just installed LMS 8.0 with the ShairTunes2W plugin on Raspberry Pi OS 64-bit. LMS is running fine, all binaries work out of the box from the github.com/Logitech repository. I use the branch public/8.0. After installing ShairTunes2W I get the log message that Crypt::OpenSSL/RSA/autosplit.ix is not in @INC. This puzzles me a little bit, as all coded in Plugin.pm seems to be correct... Only difference: the arch reported by perl-5.28 is named "aarch64-linux-gnu-thread-multi" and not "aarch64-linux-thread-multi" So before any complete logs etc the first question: Do I have to respect any dependencies I have to download from apt? Do the perl modules in the packaged "elib" folder need to be rebuild? Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] TrackStat plugin - location of data to manually amend entry?
Thanks - it was more unintended consequences from not really knowing what I'm doing that I am afraid of... which reminds me, I copied *persist.db* to my desktop because I was unable to open it on my NAS using DB Browser on my computer, wonder why that was? I even tried shutting my *LMS* down before attempting again but still didn't work.
