Thanks. If you have multiple sound cards than SLX's multi-room functionality will basically spin up multiple instances of squeezelite and you just choose the output devices (i.e. sound cards). I'm not aware of a sound card or anyone being able to use a single sound card, like that, so the idea is intriguing. But, yah, the card would have to support looking like separate sound cards to squeezelite. If you do get that to work, I'd love to hear about it. I have tested it briefly, but never actually used it as a player, so I hope you'll report back on it. Usually running latest beta LMS nightly on Raspberry Pi OS with virtual players (Squeezelite and Airplay bridge). Occasionally using SB Radio, Boom or Classic. Beta 0.0.26g Release candidate I have added the VRT AAC Shoutcast streams Still not sure what to do about VRT Radio 2 though. So for now it only shows regional ones. Sorry for being useless. >From memory I did a clean start of the server by pulling the power cord from the RPi and enabled the logging. I started playing a song in Spotify app and selected my player with connect enabled. Music played but the song was the next in the queue (Grow Grow Grow) and the display in Spotify showed it should be some Lady Gaga. The next song by Lykke Li started to play but I think it ended before the end of the track. I had to restart the next song manually ( the Jacksons) and after that finished the music stopped playing altogether. I just tried to play some music now and got a similar result. 1st track I selected in the queue plays but it shows the 2nd track in the queue in the spotify app, LMS showed the correct track. On the start of the next song.
