Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: LMS Connect - streaming Tidal/Qobuz to LMS via native Android apps
Finally found a simulator to test the shortcut import process and fully understood what you meant! Sorry for the confusion and this shortcut function is still new to me. Now it should be fixed, please download it again via this new link: https://www.icloud.com/shortcuts/3447cc8f1c7048718ae499d0deea3694 Great work! I tried to come up with something similar a while back. But I struggled with Shortcuts. I didn't find an easy way to have re-usable "code" snippets (aka. "functions" or "procedures"). So I ended up with a bunch of workflows calling each others - which makes it basically impossible to distribute them... Would you know whether it's even possible to have re-usable components in a single file? Eg. I wanted to have a method to do calls to LMS, which would accept the player ID and the commands to execute, parsing results etc. ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

First let me say I have been running community firmware and it is working fine! So thanks for the effort! The question, is the project for the firmware setup differently than lms such that it had to renamed community firmware? What was the last official firmware for the touch and radio? bengaldave's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4605 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=113479 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Maybe I've jumped the gun? Is the 'r16907;10/4/22 firmware' (https://sourceforge.net/projects/lmsclients/files/squeezeos/) released for the plugin to download? Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: CastBridge = integrate Chromecast players with LMS (squeeze2cast)
Hi Guys, I've just changed my router and had to factory reset my chromecast audio device. After setting it up again it works ok from apps on my phone but will not play from chromecast Bridge. The device is found by media server but on pressing play the progress bar moves but there is no sound, pressing pause/stop causes the track to repeat (no sound). I have erased the castbridge.xml file and re generated it to no avail. I have removed the plugin and reinstalled it but still I can't get it to work. The only clue I have is that the log file says 'bind_socket:397 cannot bind socket 1112' Any help would be appreciated. tromstar's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=68131 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=104614 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Just wanted to report back and say that I've successfully set-up SLX with multi-room for 4 players all running from a small NUC PC that is connected to a USB sound interface. The sound interface is the Gigaport eX, which allows Windows to see 4 individual stereo outputs. The outputs are then connected to a multi-zone amplifier via RCA cables. One question and maybe suggestion I had: I have my LMS running in a VM on the same PC, so when I restart the PC, SLX auto-starts very quickly, before the LMS has time to start up. Is there a way to create a start delay for SLX on boot-up? Or maybe I missed it earlier, but will SLX recheck for a connection to a LMS after a set amount of time? Thanks again for the awesome work!! moto2000's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=72948 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=108550 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
