Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] XSqueeze - XBMC and Squeezebox, together at last!
I would like to ask some questions here, if you don't mind, before drowning in the xbmc forums where there is TMI for a newbie. Will this allow me to have the client (now playing) display on my TV? Is there any xbmc hardware that connects to the TV/receiver via HDMI? If so, can the Squeeze-served music go over the same HDMI? And will it work with multi-channel FLAC files? -- Henry66 Henry66's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=38863 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=93544 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins

Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Announce: Moose 0.76 Windows SqueezeboxClient
Is it possible to start SqueezeSlave automatically when Moose starts (and make it the default player)? Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Newb MIP/Sugarcube user needs answer to basic questions and hints
I got MIP set up in headless server mode and now it is running like a bat out of hell (comparatively speaking). Blew through 100 tracks in two hours. Go figure. My question now is, how do MIP GUI and headless server interact? In the GUI I had disabled some tracks but it looks like the server has gone ahead and analyzed them anyway? I have a bunch of tracks that are AC-3 or DTS encoded. I doubt that MIP knows this so it will be analyzing white noise if it tries to do it locally. If it matches from the server(s) then fine, but how can I tell? Also tried SugarCube for the first time. I still don't know where the headless server stores the fingerprints. After it had analyzed all my tracks I fired up the GUI, with the headless service still running. Then I selected all the tracks (all 10491 of them) in the GUI and right-clicked and selected Archive. I installed this as a service on Windows 7 64-bit. I can see the by Whitebear library from WMP on the same machine. However, I am unable to see it from other PCs on the local net. All PCs are running Windows 7 (two 64-bit and two 32-bit).
