Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Softsqueeze 3.9 beta for testing
Yes, I goobered for sure... But, I have done as you note and now have a blank file. But still getting the same error on softsqueeze. Thoughts? Thanks! Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Softsqueeze 3.9 beta for testing
Hi, Thanks for the info. One one of my machines, this worked fine. On the other, I seem to have butchered that file while trying to figure out the issue. It's blank now. How can I recreate that file? Thanks, Drew jarome;674370 Wrote: On your computer, in your home directory there is a (usually hidden) directory called .ssh In there is a file known_hosts. You need to edit it and remove the line starting with the ip address of your server. Use a text editor (NOT Word, for example). This is a security measure meant to stop someone from impersonating your host. -- NatureDude NatureDude's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=12104 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=62060 ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Softsqueeze 3.9 beta for testing
Hi, I had to rebuild my server and reinstall SqueezeServer recently. All the squeezeboxes are OK, but softsqueeze reports that my remote host ID has changed, and that I need to add a key to: ...\ssh\know_hosts I have no idea what the key is. Can anyone help me with this? [SlimDevices: Plugins] Cant play Sirius on softsqueeze
I cannot seem to play Sirius on softsqueeze (7.2). I did follow the directions for installing AlienBBC and mplayer on ClarkConnect, and I can confirm that I can hear BBC just fine. However, when I try Sirius, I get a reading stream for about 30 seconds, then an indication that seems like all is fine, but no audio. Squeezecenter shows the stream playing, with the seconds counting away, and the indication 128k CBR, WMA (Sirius). Do I have transcoding somehow set up wrong for WMA? My selection in SC is Windows MediaFlac...mplayer.sh/flac.
