Re: [SlimDevices: Plugins] Spotty didn't get token anymore on old client (Boom, or SqueezeLite on old linux) ?
Just for helping other people with the same issue : I added the other spotify account with username and password and all is working fine now. I just notice that my son has change his account's password. So I suppose that is the origin of the issue... All the accounts are usually accessible on all the devices menu. I did not understand what you're talking about : how can I use a specific account on a specific device? I just think about something : the Spotty plugin is working fine on some of my devices/client, and only fail to get token on 3 devices/client. That look like it is the device which is trying to get the token, and not the server. [SlimDevices: Plugins] Spotty didn't get token anymore on old client (Boom, or SqueezeLite on old linux) ?
Hi, I noticed that some of my LMS client didn't connect to spotify anymore. The Spotty plugin said "Failed to create session or connect to servers" : SqueezeLite on Debian 9 : Ok Squeezelite on Debian 7 : NOK! Squeezebox Boom : NOK! Squeezebox Receiver : Ok Squeezebox Radio : Ok After reading, I think it could be an TLS/SSL root certificate ploblem since old OS didn't have the new root certificate. (I tried on both fallback and main spotify servers. I also tried to update/upgrade the Debian 9 on wich is running LMS. Without success. @mherger : have you notice this problem? If it is the problem, is there a way to upgrade the SB boom or does this mean that it won't be able to use spotify anymore? If I could help, tell me.
