But good to know that the transcoding pipeline is working differently. This may explain the different experience. I'll check if I can set up such a testing environment. I haven't found any further conversation but probably I missed it. I've a 24/192 capable player in my ecosystem and want to take advantage streaming higher sample rates. My other three players can only reproduce 24/96 but when I choose "FLAC Hi-Res 24 Bits/>96 kHz" it's like decribed there is no downsampling by LMS or Plugin. One of the players is my Daphile where I have an option to set the max sample rate which is working fine then but I missing the same for my SBT devices.
