Please beware because of the rewrite, this is a prototype, so try it out let me know if you have any problems. Hi Michael, Yes but, I think it would be nice to see the radio station thats playing the current track/ artist without affecting the regular music display. I'd reckon these two bits of info from the stream are the only ones of interest to display. Logistically it should fit well in you current radio station drop down box. So options could be: display playlist name, station / playlist, playlist / station, so eg in the 2nd option the stream name would appear top left playlist bottom left. [SlimDevices: Plugins] alienBBC 0.98 no sound mplayer pre7
Hi, been using alienbbc with mplayer pre6 for a while now. Decided to try to help with the reporting of the live streams fix and after a time I've compiled a new version of mplayer version pre7 with streaming fix. This plays BBC streams fine from the command line using mplayer, however not from the squeezebox. AlienBBC plugin looks fine from the sb display. I've supplied the output of slimserver in debug mode. I have edited the slimserver-convert.conf for pre7 version. Have I missed anything? regards Waldy begin 666 putty.zip M4$L#!!0(`$VD3#/)+JDEI1X``,O\```)'5T='DN;]G[%UK;]LX ML_Z^0/\#WT5[D%MZVK+*H*#W'K;)LV;[EMAIL PROTECTED]:F11JTOL% ?O;S]# M2KXEHBPKS.YB3U$TMF7-\\P,R$,)I[_]FK^H?.\M'H5Q32,=(4QRJ2E?5 MX*VMJ[9IHDJ9_^P]^')#^STCJITRM,U6]6Z?=,R`0M[031+HUN2)(-)O M_6,_ D:;?;%0D/+11$9[9Z/F4WCQ'-,_*3['^'+EA0*(LNXT)''GUWX/ M!%[Y\?EO(*1J^N_HZ=L/GXZ?HO]%OX5X2GY'G4Y4CR-0X(,0U44.)*E [EMAIL PROTECTED]/_T8?3K4]1QT-.##Z/S_1$(=Q+409WG`E7[BK%4E8['NZN:TCGH [EMAIL PROTECTED](\8\2EDB[24 .I.AI9P[?[VY0!SO)#C;UES;- OW/TBWA1/$ [EMAIL PROTECTED]' EZ:=+/54=:E.HEV5R^=T[EMAIL PROTECTED]'A#MN:6UUU83]T=]?8 M#[$+FGENRI2Y#N*]IQC_?,1TR*',\.]I\[EMAIL PROTECTED][F@)!' [SlimDevices: Plugins] controlling softsqueeze squeezebox with an Ericsson mobile
Hi, Is there a way to remote softsqueeze squeezebox with an Ericsson K700i phone? I've looked at Salling which looks great but only works with a mac. Jules' bemused bridge seems to support symbian phones, UIQ but not the mobile?. Anyone achieved this? My ideas are to use bluetooth's HID capability for basic control, ie send key shortcuts to softsqueeze running on a linux box with the phone, perhaps using quickaccess plugin to play selected playlists. Not sure about squeezebox though (not as important as the softsqueeze is running in the loft. Any thoughts or previous solutions would be greatly appreciated. regards waldy ___ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
