It's somewhat possible, take a look at the kids room tutorial on the
wiki and try to see if that's what you want:

Please note that this tutorial was written a long time ago some some of
the instructions might not be completely correct but the general
principles should work the same.
There is currently no implementation of the music folder browse method
in Multi Library/Custom Browse plugins, so if you like to browse by
folder and not only through the other browse menus like browse by
artist, album, the solution won't work because the "Music Folder"
browse menu will still show the complete library.
If you want completely separate libraries for each Squeezebox it's
probably a better idea to run multiple Squeezebox servers. There are
some information in the following thread about how to run multiple
Squeezebox Server instances on the same computer, but it probably
requires you to have some computer skills to be able to set it up:
