Not sure what the problem is, I am running both of those versions am not getting any content returned on either one. Tried re-installing them and still nothing. Any help would be appreciated. Argh... they did it again: more page layout changes. I just recently installed it, and I love it too. But I have a question. I have quite a few tracks with multiple artist tags. What does the plugin do in this case, just take one at random? I suspect it may be doing more than that, since it usually comes up with the singer. On the sb controller, if I have a spotify track playing, press + and select biography, I now get the read biography entry (I didn't with version 2.9.0 so that's a step in the right direction), but none of the other entries (like artist photos etc). Not quite there yet, I'm afraid... It's almost as if the data has to be cached first. But that isn't quite true either because if I do this with another artist and then go back to the first one, the issue is still there (until I fetch the biography from the web ui). Please let me know if there's any more information I can provide. Ideally, I would like to be able to access all the biography entries (photos, see also, followers, influenced by etc) from the track details menu of a spotify track. Not sure what to make of your reply, does it mean it will be fixed in
2.9.1, or that 2.9.1 is already released ('cause I can't find it)?

Both mherger(Biography) and Triode(Spotify) monitors this forum

Have been playing around with my new controller and the biography and album review plugin's and was getting some unexpected results. Trying to get the bios of Bands beginning with The were failing. I then changed the settings of slimserver to not ignore the word The in searches and I was then able to access the bios. Is this a feature or a bug? Title says it all. Is there some set up required for this or what? Many times, it can't find some names that every kid knows about. Help appreciated. Is it Mozart, Amadeus Mozart, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart? Go enter Mozart at allmusic.com's web site: the plugin has to guess from the resulting list which one to take. Sometimes it succeeds, sometimes it does not. The more popular a name is, the more variances of it exist. Oh, don't get me wrong, I appreciate very much all that you do for this software - thank you. It's just that I found this strange. And, after checking it at their site, yes, string Mozart returns a lot of %Moz%art% crap, including a full name, but not a single reference to just 'Mozart'. In my library, I didn't see a need to include anything else, other than 'Mozart' in my artist tags.
