You are using the French provider Free.
Depending of the platform usage, your site can be moved to another
computer, and its absolute path will change.

Your script uses absolute adress like /mnt/109/free.fr/d/7/korl/wikiPraxeme
It will fail each time your site is moved.

You should use only the relative path of the root of your site :
$_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT']

Hope this help

[pmwiki-users] Patch for wikiforms recipe

2007-09-19 Thread John Rankin
Latest version available from:
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/WikiForms

This fixes an issue in the ViewTemplate feature.
Field values containing markup that includes
apostrophes (eg ''emphasis'') now display correctly.

If the form-based group contains a page called
ViewTemplate, the browse action uses the layout of
the template page to format pages, substituting
field values for field names. A live example is at:
http://www.wikipublisher.org/wiki/index.php?n=TipOfTheWeek.1

The page also uses the (attach) field type.

Excellent job on this plugin. I'll be incorporating it into my wiki
soon. One suggestion I'd make is to display the tags in their simplified
format rather than the [[!xxx] format, as it makes it seem to authors
that they need to use that format when entering new tags/categories.

[pmwiki-users] PublishPDF version 2.1.6 released

2007-09-19 Thread John Rankin
The pmwiki plug-in library for the Wikipublisher typesetting
server has been updated to fix some small bugs and is available
from http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/PublishPDF. A new
version of the pdf server is also available. This fixes a
long-standing issue with page sizes -- readers can now request
A5 paper and output is automatically scaled to fit the page.

Release notes are at
http://www.wikipublisher.org/wiki/index.php?n=ReleaseLog.HomePage

I have also started a Wikipublisher tip of the week, to kick
off the discussion group. People can sign up from:

Hello.

When I use the "Configure Skin" button, I get an error message stating :

Fatal error: fopen(wiki.d/PmWiki.LayoutVariables) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No
such file or directory in
/mnt/109/free.fr/d/7/korl/wikiPraxeme/pmwiki.php on line 860

I use pmwiki-2.2.0-beta63 (VersionNum?=2001963).

Any idea ?

Hi, and sorry for my english...

EditMore is a usefull tool and I integrated it into my Pmwiki

My question is about deleting a page
the keyword delete doesn't do its job anymore because of the tags hidden
while editing.

How can I delete a page while EditMore is working ?

[pmwiki-users] AnyWikiDraw is the new black, I mean the new PmWikiDraw

Hi guys,
Its been a while since I've updated anything around here, its been a long
time coming, but an initial taster release of 'AnyWikiDraw' is now available
for PmWiki.
You can test it at [1] and get it at [2] ! :)

Its only meant to be a tester at the minute, so we're not guaranteeing stuff
you draw with it now will work in the future, and with this release it
currently doesn't support migration from PmWikiDraw but it will in the long
run, honest :)

[pmwiki-users] PTV Confusion.

2007-09-19 Thread Stirling Westrup
What are the legal characters in the name of a PTV? Looking at the regexes
inside pmwiki.php (latest version), I see:

$PageTextVarPatterns = array(
  'var:'=> '/^(:*\\s*(\\w[-\\w]*)\\s*:[ \\t]?)(.*)($)/m',
  '(:var:...:)' => '/(\\(: *(\\w[-\\w]*) *:(?!\\))\\s?)(.*?)(:\\))/s'
  );

Am I reading that wrong, or doesn't [-\\w] match any word character plus '-'?
The reason I ask is that I can get simple PTV's to work, but not those that
contain '-' in the names. I wish to have a bunch of entries like:

Cat-A:one
Cat-B:two

and so on. I'm sure I could play with the $PageTextVarPatterns, if need be,
but I can't figure out why it doesn't already work.

Thanks, Hans. I originally thought of this method instead - and ran
into this problem:
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PITS/00975

If anybody has a clue why this doesn't work right, let me know.

I'll have to play with the verification idea and see what I can come
up with, thanks. Luckily, for my purposes, I only need two cases: 1)
nothing is entered or 2) anything (e-mail or not) is entered.

This is not possible at present. It may be possible to create a filter
function which can compare a page creation time entered into a PTV in
the page (because pmwiki has no general page creation time variable)
with the time of the posting, and allow or disallow the posting
according to some rule.

Again, a special filter function could be created which would handle
the email varification of the email field and handles the posting
accordingly. It could be built with a comparison of the email field
value with a regex pattern for email addresses.

Sorry for not being able to supply more specific advise at this time,
i.e. concrete FoxFilters for your purposes! Maybe others can help here
too?

[pmwiki-users] 2 fox questions

2007-09-19 Thread Jon Haupt
I am still enjoying Fox and its capabilities. I have two questions:

First, in configuration, when you're delineating where Fox can
edit/delete/etc. to, would it be possible to specify that the page in
question be created within a certain time frame? I would like to
close commenting after 30 days, as an example.

Also, is it at all possible to condition a template based on what is
entered? For example, I want something to show up only if an e-mail
is entered in the e-mail text field, but if nothing is entered, I want
something else to happen. Is that possible? My attempts with things
like (:if equal {$$email} "":) haven't worked at all.

Re: [pmwiki-users] JITS displaying "Snippets..." in Issue list

2007-09-19 Thread Graham Archer - EMEA Sun Center Operations

I found  the fix for this issue.

In JITS.JITSsnip

toward the end of section #Main reads:

(:if !equal {$addthread} "yes":)
(:include JITS.JITSPgLstS #filters#issuelistend:)
(:ifend:)

it should be

(:if !equal {$addthread} "yes":)
(:include JITS.JITSPgLstS #filters#issuelistend:)
(:ifend:)
(:tableend:)

Because there is was no  "table end" the footer/ JITS snippets text
was being gobbled up into the table.

Thanks

Hi,

I have a problem with JITS displaying " JITS snippets v. 20070515"

The problem can be reproduced, each time I call the page from (:include

the page is displayed with the Snippets text in the bottom right cell,

I'm using the Simplified Advanced Table Directives.

How can I get some extra space around text entered into cells?

For example my header text looks like this

|text|

I would like it to look like this

| text |

I've tried spaces etc but no luck. I expect it's something simple but I
can't see the wood from the trees today.
