hello, 

 

Please experiencing two issues with customer. any explanation would be
highly appreciated.

 

 

1.   I have several  entries  as below for our one of the customer whose
relaying his email through our mail servers

2.   What could be reason as the sent messages one of our users get
bounce back with the following info. whereas our IP reputation is clean.

pdf-corrupted

Hello, All,  

We  have some problem  with one of the sender whose using Exchange 2010 with
TLS option Enabled,  whenever he is sending an email with pdf attachments it
keeps get corrupted. up on checking postfix logs it says delivered without
any problem. but our Mail application (Communigate)  complain as follows.

 

08:55:16.0 5 SMTPI-114694([64.207.65.117]) s-out: 354 Enter mail, end with
"." on a line by itself\r\n

08:55:26.4 3 SMTPI-114694([64.207.65.117]) failed to receive message body
(764206 bytes). Error Code=TLS block signature is incorrect

The same sender sending same email with a pdf attachment   to yahoo, Hotmail
and Gmail etcc.  it went through well without any problem. 

Therefore, anyone can give us any clue what would be the problem 

 

Our setup is 

 Front End (we use to filter/scanning  the email)

 Mailscanner,clamav,spamassin with postfix mail servers 

 Backend.

 Communicate (mail application)  where the actual mailboxes are existed.

 Note: if we eliminate the mail scanner and postfix (front end mail server),
then everything goes well. 

common thing between the sender and recipient is postfix and mail scanner. I
have checked with mail scanner. but didn't get much help.

hello.

 

Just I wanted to know does postfix mail server has an option to keep the
message copy after successfully got delivered, 

 

We are using postfix  mail application to scan emails only, there are  no
actual mail box exists  in it.
