Discussion list back on line

2005-08-08 Thread PowerMail info

Folks,

As you've noticed, we've been having major problems with the PowerMail-
discussion list, while the powermail-discuss-digest and powermail-
testing were doing fine.

It seems that the settings for this list became corrupt. Hopefully this
message will now get to you not just as part of the digest, but as part
of the regular feed.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and kind regards,

jean michel/ctm qa

The problem is more harsh than that. Many people may very well not take
the time to be confused of lack of response, they rather just move on.
There are people on this list that are just "looking" and contemplating
Powermail as something for them. Is it in CTM's and ours interest if they
do move on? I don't think so. So an explanation also on the questions Jay
asked wouldn't hurt, really.

Even if things can't be perfect, they can improve one step at a time.
Consider the methodology of Kaizen: . I think it's something to inspired by as the idea to
calmy improve things even if they do seem alright on the surface can open
up for creativity and evolution.

I'm really confused. It seems like six weeks since I last received
anything from the list, until today. Twice in the past month I've emailed
PowerMail Support about this issue, but they responded neither time.

Why didn't anybody at PowerMail respond to my two emails? Aren't you
trying to encourage your clientele? Also, why didn't you simply re-
subscribe everybody onto the Digest list so that we would continue
seeking, offering, and receiving assistance? You could post a message to
the list explaining what is going on, then we would all be informed, we
would all be involved, and we would all be supportive.

I'm really confused.

Great!

This seemed to have fixed the problem as I received this as a single message.
