Hans-Edmund, you probably need the Clean eList Messages script so I sent that separately to you with the burst support files. I'm not sure if this is still available elsewhere, so I suggest you redistribute it, if you like it. This fiddling with scripts is why I gave up PowerMail. I want to code Java, not Applescript. I have no time for this. I though I had unsubscribed from this list, but appearantly not. Fixing that now.

Script to clean the Subject?
Hello, when I write with people who are using outlook or yahoo mail, after a short time the subject looks like that: Re: AW: Re: AW: .. Is it possible to clean the subject when I answer on a message so that only one Re will exist into the subject line? Thnx for answer me. Greetings Hans

Hi Hans, Once you hit Reply, you should be able to delete all the leading Re: Aw: etc. Or if you want to edit a received message you can use the AppleScript under the script menu titled Change Subject.
