Hans-Edmund, you probably need the "Clean eList Messages" script so I sent that separately to you with the "burst" support files. I'm not sure if this is still available elsewhere, so I suggest you redistribute it, if you like it. This fiddling with scripts is why I gave up PowerMail. I want to code Java, not Applescript. I have no time for this. I though I had unsubscribed from this list, but appearantly not. Fixing that now.

Hi Hans, Once you hit Reply, you should be able to delete all the leading Re: Aw: etc. Or if you want to edit a received message you can use the AppleScript under the script menu titled Change Subject. Script to clean the Subject?
Hello, when I write with people who are using outlook or yahoo mail, after a short time the subject looks like that: Re: AW: Re: AW: .. Is it possible to clean the subject when I answer on a message so that only one Re will exist into the subject line? Thnx for answer me. Greetings Hans
