Thanks Mike, I will let you know if this works, I am still going to try and plug in a different keyboard first and see if that does the trick. -Original Message- From: ptaccess@googlegroups.com [mailto:ptaccess@googlegroups.com] On Behalf Of Mike Lockett Sent: Friday, January 09, 2015 9:01 AM To: ptaccess@googlegroups.com Subject: Re: Numb pad is still down Hey poppa what you can also try, Go to your home directory, menu bar, go, Library, preferences, Look for your keyboard in probably “COM.apple.your keyboard” send it to the trash… While you are at it send the protools preference to the trash also empty the trash, and restart hope this help On Jan 7, 2015, at 5:34 PM, Poppa Bear heavens4r...@gmail.com wrote: Hey Ricky, I don't use the mack for anything else besides studio work. -Original Message- From: ptaccess@googlegroups.com [mailto:ptaccess@googlegroups.com] On Behalf Of Ricky Prevatte Sent: Wednesday, January 07, 2015 2:29 PM To: ptaccess@googlegroups.com Subject: Re: Numb pad is still down Are you able to use the number pad with other applications on your Mac?I have mine set to work correctly with ProTools and I use the inner at commands to say operate mail and other programs. Using a Mac Pro without a display
Hi guys, does the folowing quote matches your experience? When using VoiceOver on a Mac that does not have a built-in video display lpar;such as a Mac Mini or Mac Prorpar;, some applications may become slow or unresponsive when no display is connected. Connect a DVI, Mini-DVI, or Mini DisplayPort adapter lpar;depending on the video output your Mac usesrpar; to the computer--the adapter doesn't need to be connected to a display, just to your Mac. Well, on the next days I's going to start using my new Mac Pro,although, I dont want to use a display all the time. I bought a long HDMI cable just to connect to a normal TV on the wall, to be use when I gonna need someone with good vision to help me out, for example with the ilok license process. Therefore, is it effective to use a Mac Pro with no display at all? Just with Voice Over? I also want to use it on live performances and carry around a display isnt handy if you know what I mean! Or, if not, could be resolved by just connect the HDMI cable to the Mac Pro, so, not to the display? Hope this makes sence, thanks, Rui Vilarinho -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups Pro Tools Accessibility group. How is the easiest way to switch from beats and ticks two seconds and minutes?I am using a large three hour show I believe it would be better to do minutes and seconds. This will open the memory location's edit window. The current location will replace the old location. Press Enter or Return. Now the marker will be at the new location in the timeline.
