Hi,
You should use a controller then using VoiceOver find the parameters you want
to change and mark a hotspot and have VoiceOver monitor the hot spot.
Now grab some faders on the controller and when "strike Gold" :) voiceover will
announce the parameter being changed.
Make sure to document the faders that work for your plug.

ON another note, VO does not sometimes report the correct value while
you're changing the parameter for non-third party plugins.

One example top of my head is model parameter in mini grand.
When you interact with the parameter and move VO cursor to change the
value, it will say the value. However, when you stop interact with the
parameter, and read the value, it'll report something different than
what you heard last time.

Running pt10.1 on Lion.

Hi Krister,

I think there were some issues with third party plug-ins where it appeared that
parameters weren't being changed when in fact they were. If I'm not mistaken,
this was the case with Waves plug-ins. Some things you might want to try:

Interact with a parameter and change its value using VO+left and right arrows.
Turn off VoiceOver and turn it back on and check the value. Try closing the
plug-ins window and reopen it and check the value. Maybe some folks using Waves
plug-ins can chime in about their experiences.

presets and the like, but here is where i need help from experienced folks. It
looks as though you can see the parameters and their values, but you can't

when first entering the plugin.
Is this common and is there a workaround for such occations?
Thanks in advance for any help.

values u sing a control surface.
