Re: [QGIS-it-user] Informazione Plug-in

tablet Android.

Buonasera a tutti,

*GarminCustomMap (e*xport the current map canvas to a Garmin Custom
Map (.kmz-file))

Hi,
If you are on Windows, you could always use the OSGEO4W installer and install
both the 2.8 and 3x versions of QGIS. This way, you could use the plugins for
the 2.8 QGIS and that could solve the problem.

Hi Rutger,

It would be useful to know the source for the digitised contours and the
procedure you used to create the shapefile.

You may have three options:
1. Go back to Adobe Illustrator and digitise some well defined known
reference points such as grid intersections or road junctions, with this
it should be possible in QGIS to move, scale and rotate the vector
contours to fit OpenStreetMap or OS Opendata online imagery of Mull and
Iona.
2. Request someone with the QGIS plug-ins qgisAffine or VectorBender
working to do the transformation for you.
3. Request someone with ArcGIS Spatial Adjustment to do the
transformation for you.

Mike

Re: [QGIS-it-user] Requisiti dispositivo per QField?

Grazie,
(https://github.com/opengisch/QField/issues/111) quindi, dovendo fare

If you can use GRASS7 commands from within the
QGIS Processing extension, then you have these
choices:

- v.transform - if you know the parameters of
  the affine transformation

- v.rectify - if you want to use control points
  for a non-parametric transformation

Ben

Hi Rutger,

I don't know if it's the most efficient way, but I would import the image
rather as a raster and use de Gdal georeferencer plugin to put it in the
right place.
Then you could use de raster to polygon tool to change into a shapefile.

Hope this helps
