se non mi ricordo male (felice di essere confutato), il DROP COLUMN di
SpatlialiteGui in realtà clona l'intera tabella e ne crea una nuova
senza la/le colonna/e da eliminare.


Non è un "limite" si spatialite, ma di sqlite, cito direttamente dalla
documentazione (https://www.sqlite.org/lang_altertable.html):

SQLite supports a limited subset of ALTER TABLE. The ALTER TABLE command
in SQLite allows the user to rename a table, to rename a column within a
table, or to add a new column to an existing table.

Im using QGIS 3.4.4 on windows, it's have issue when using the offline tool 
using either GeoPackage or SQLite , dates are producing this error:

[Qgis-user] Upload ecw format images

[Wilmer Orlando Martinez Bojaca]

Hi!

How can I upload the satellite images in ECW format for Mac Mojave (QGIS 
3.4.4)? I searched and found a complex solution for those who don´t know much 
about programming.
Is there something simpler and faster without many steps? Maybe a plugin?
I tried the same process in Windows and it works, no more processes and 
installations were necessary.

Hi!
I was using the 3.2.2 version but last night I tried with the installer version 
3.4.4 (Phyton 3.6.8) and the QGIS   run perfect. I can change the font in 
the legend and export to PDF without any problem.

Intanto grazie Totò, come scrivi sopra, facevo esattamente così, perchè
la pagina del blog che ho linkato nel primo commento alla discussione
aperta da me, così chiedeva per l'esercizio.

Ho provato il tuo file, e continuava a darmi problemi uguali a ieri.

Così ho deciso di disinstallare, pulire cercando cartelle, file ed
eventuali pacchetti orfani, e poi reinstallato la versione sperimentale,
e adesso funziona, probabilmente avevo qualche file o configurazione
vecchia che disturbava.

Non ho capito perchè dopo l'interpolazione lo strumento rilievo da
processing --> analisi geomorfologica, non mi permette di creare un
raster senza colorazione, ovvero con la classica scala di grigi, mi da
errore di mancato inserimento dei colori, se invece metto la spunta su "
Genera automaticamente classi di rilievo", allora funziona senza
problemi, oppure sono io che traviso lo strumento?

Se provo strumenti "ombreggiatura" o "esposizione (aspect)", funzionano,
mi generano un raster con la montagna.


Intanto grazie per la pazienza e l'aiuto, evidentemente non avevo pulito
bene la volta precedente, domani o dopodomani provo uno dei file da me
convertiti, e vi so dire.

Hey Janneke,

I use linux so the menus might be a little different for you.

But at the top menus, look for Settings > Panels > Processing Toolbox Panel
On Windows the Panels sub-menu might be in another place like View instead
of Settings.

Another easy way to turn on the processing toolbox is to right click on an
empty space in the user interface (on a grey spot near another toolbar for
example) and there is a menu that pops up with 'Processing Toolbox Panel'
to toggle on and off.

Lastly, the tools can be searched at the bottom left of QGIS (hotkey
CTRL+K) which is what I tend to use quite a bit.

SAGA outputs SDAT grids that can be opened in QGIS, just drag and drop onto the 
canvas. You can convert them to whatever format you prefer after that.

ciao Luca, confermo bug per la tematizzazione ombreggiatura.

per favore apri prima possibile un ticket e spiega che è un problema
relativo solo alla tematizzazione in quanto l'algoritmo gdal ombreggiatura
funziona bene.

Ho eseguito in QGIS 3.4.4 la procedura spiegata da Totó, e tutto ok.
Solamente si é ripresentato l'errore nella visualizzazione del hillshade al
volo.
Devo ancora aprire il ticket, ma la foto lo dimostra

eseguirlo all'interno di QGIS.
Perché mediante SpatiaLite GUI, esiste il DROP Column, e funziona
pefettamente! Soprattutto a me che macino poco SQL!

Thanks for the new Raster surface volume in processing. My students will love 
it!
They just finalized their GIS exam manually calculating raster volume for a 
lake with different sea levels. This functionality would have saved them hours.

Just have to get used to a negative volume when calculating below sea level. :-)

Debatable. The volume IS there, it's just hidden in the middle of all
the SAGA terminal output in the log view. You can't automatically save
the volume, or use it within a Processing Model. So - it works, but
the SAGA tool has limited value. Personally, I'd say yes, a bug.

But the good news is that the algorithm is trivial to port to QGIS,
which I've done in https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/8912. With any
luck we can get this new native tool included in 3.6, so we'll have a
good out-of-the-box algorithm available which calculates the volume,
allows saving it to a HTML report or vector table, and allows use of
the calculated volume within a Processing model.

From the PR description: "...honestly, if Lene struggles with a QGIS
tool, that indicates that the tool has issues -- not the user..." ;)

[Qgis-user] can't find processing in QGIS 3.4.4 LTR

I have just downloaded the latest QGIS version for Windows (3.4.4 - LTR) 
and it doesn't show the menu for processing. The plugin is active. Any 
idea if I need to do something to 'switch it on'?

Come già qualcuno ha detto rispondendo al tuo messaggio, in Spatialite non puoi 
eliminare uno (o più campi).
Puoi usare però il trucchetto del CloneTable, inserendo l'opzione ::ignore:: , 
come è ben illustrato in questo post di Totò Fiandaca, qui:
