Re: [Qgis-user] Hardware comparisons

I'm not sure what you mean by RAM hungry. When I fire up QGIS with no
plug-ins on my Linux Mint, the RAM consumption goes up from 1,2 GB to
1,4GB of 16 GB available. What happens after should be completely user-
, use case and data-depended, I guess.

Bernd

richiede appunto TEMPO.

[Qgis-user] Custom parameters in WMS client requests (QGIS Desktop)

2021-06-15 Per discussione Marc Boucher

Hello,

Is there a way to pass custom parameters in WMS Client GetMap requests for a
specific layer ?

We need to specify an SLD=https://www.web.server/file.sld
or SLD_BODY for specific rendering options.

ArcGIS Desktop supports this nicely through custom request parameters that can
be specified in WMS Layer properties:

Does QGIS Desktop have something similar ? Or could it be added, please?

Cheers,

Marc

Hi Richard,
this issue was already fixed (as confirmed by Saulteau and Piet) with
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/43694, thereafter superseded by
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/43712 which has not yet been merged in
master.

Bet regards.

Andrea

A presto.

Hi (as promissed):

Seeing (only) this one now during local compile/install :

Could not execute: INSERT INTO tbl_srs(srs_id,
description,projection_acronym,ellipsoid_acronym,parameters,srid,auth_name,auth_id,is_geo,deprecated)
VALUES (63321, 'Timbalai 1948 / RSO Sarawak LSD
(m)','omerc','omerc','+proj=omerc +no_uoff +lat_0=4 +lonc=115
+alpha=53.315820472 +gamma=53.130102361 +k=0.99984 +x_0=200
+y_0=500 +ellps=evrstSS +towgs84=-679,669,-48,0,0,0,0 +units=m
+no_defs',520003321,'EPSG','29874',0,0) [UNIQUE constraint failed:
tbl_srs.srs_id/UNIQUE constraint failed: tbl_srs.srs_id]

1 CRSs could not be updated.

Others can confirm? (and eventually @Andrea: would this be fixable ;-) )

Regards,

Richard Duivenvoorde
