[Qgis-user] Composer crashes qgis
Hi, Wondering if someone could make some suggestions on this? I've a project that was originally set up in 1.6 and has 10 different composers attached to it. I've loaded it up and resaved it into 1.7 (trunk). Now when I try and print from any of these composers one of these two things happens: 1. QGIS crashes. 2. QGIS and the printer fail to complete talking to each other (the printer says spooling and QGIS behaves like it's already finished sending the data). At which point I usually get impatient and I try to print a second time which causes 1. I've updated my osgeo install. I've recreated one of my composers in the problem project (it doesn't work). I've attempted to replicate with a simple 1 shape project (it works fine). The other workspaces that I've tried seem fine. hello, congratulations cadtools plugin is very good. I'm having to use the difculdades cadconsole, and especially the command length. you have some tutorial about it, if I could put a video cadconsole exemplified the use of the tool length and the webpage would be great. We are proud to announce the new “GISVM BASE”.
Available now for FREE DOWNLOAD at: http://gisvm.com
GISVM ("GIS Virtual Machine") is a Ubuntu Linux distribution for GIS users,
packaged as a virtual machine, a completely isolated computer that can be run
in a window inside your current operating system.
This new BASE edition, based on a minimum Ubuntu 10.10 installation, provides
the user with simple Double Click install scripts for an unlimited possible
number of open-source GIS packages.This way, users are FREE to build their own
GISVM by installing the desired GIS packages.
By the time of this announcement these are the available install scripts:
- Quantum GIS / Grass
- uDIG
- gvSIG
- OpenJump
- Kosmo
- R
- GeoServer
- GeoMajas
We plan to keep adding more install scripts, depending on the users feedback

request.
