[Qgis-user] Georeferencer create wld instead of tfw
I'm curious why the georeferencer creates a wld world file instead of a tfw. Reading other sites, appending a w on to the raster filename seems to be the standard convention. I just created my first georeferenced tif. I missed the wld world file and thought I'd had done something wrong. Now that I know, it is no big deal, but I'm curious as to why. Re: [Qgis-user] FW: Print a map with selected features?
You can say the opposite: People select some features. Then they move to printing without remembering that they selected some features in some layers. Don't you think that people are surprised that some features print in a different color? If you want this feature back you have to integrate this functionality as an option - not as default. Unfortunately it is too late now for the next edition (2.6), since we are soon in feature freeze. After that I agree, such an option would be useful. IF it was a bug, it was a very useful bug for me. I often used it. If I wanted no selections printed, I selected nothing. IS it possible to integrate an option button in the printer composer? [Qgis-user] Problem with rendering of MySql layers
Hello group! I am experiencing a problem with the render of MySql layers in the new QGIS 2.4, as well as in the nightly built 2.5.x. The layers I import from my Mysql DB are correctly loaded in QGIS (this means that I can open the attribute tables, change the style of the features or labels and so on). Sometimes the loaded MySql layer is visible for a while, but after I zoom in / out or after I load a second layer, the MySql layer is not rendered anymore and its features are not visible. I search in the group and in GIS exchange web site but I did not find anything related and I am wondering if I am the only one experiencing it. Does somebody has a clue of what is happening and a possible solution for it? My system is: Windows 7 Qgis 2.4 or master Mysql server 5.6.19 WAMP server thanks in advance have a nice day!
