Re: [Qgis-user] QGIS Browser Add relationship to Geopackage Error

2024-01-30 Thread Andrea Giudiceandrea via QGIS-User

Hi Klaus,
what is the GDAL version used by QGIS on your system?
According to [1] the GDAL versions that support relationship editing and
creation capabilities in browser are:

- ESRI FileGeodatabases on GDAL 3.6+
- GeoPackage and sqlite databases on GDAL 3.7+

Best regards.

Andrea

Hi Klaus,
I suggest you to create a new issue report on
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues providing alla the requested info
and possibly also a sample layer and exact steps with which the issue
occurs in order for a developer to replicate the issue and find its root
cause and fix it if needed.

Best regards.

[Qgis-user] IndexError: boolean index did not match indexed array (...)

2024-01-30 Thread João Victor Martinelli via QGIS-User
Boa tarde!

Tentei fazer uma classificação supervisionada utilizando o SCP plugin, e já
durante o* classification preview* surgiu esse erro, o qual eu não consegui
resolver.
Estou utilizando a versão 3.28 LTR do Qgis, última versão do SCP, e as
imagens foram baixadas do CBERS4-A downloader. Fiz composição colorida e
pansharpening. Será que alguém pode me ajudar?

A mensagem de erro completa é: IndexError: boolean index did not match
indexed array along dimension 0; dimension is 12577 but corresponding
boolean dimension is 6288

Obrigado,
João

So the best I can work out of how to digitise this shape is being able
to align to the grid in some way perhaps with some kind of snapping to
the grid or alignment to the grid or being able to see the angles on
each corner or whatever. I am not sure how to achieve that at the moment.

Hi Patrick,
have you tried to use, as already adviced, the Advanced Digitizing tools
[1]?

You can find online various tutorials: see e.g. one at random [2].

Best regards.

[Qgis-user] QGIS/spatialite issue - invalid layers

2024-01-30 Thread Brent Wood via QGIS-User
Hi,

I have created an empty spatialite database with QGIS via the browser.

Running Mint Linux with QGIS:

3.34.1-Prizren

QGIS code revision

133927424d9

I create a spatialite table (in spatialite) & add some point data (EPSG 4326 -
column is called "geom"). This opens fine in QGIS.

I add another geometry column to the table (point, epsg:3994) & populate it
with:
  update station set geom_3994= transform(geom,3994);

This appears fine in spatialite, but QGIS tells me it is an invalid layer, but
nothing about why...

I have been doing this sort of stuff for years & not encountered this before.

Can anyone help me sort out why QGIS regards the data as invalid, & how to fix
this?

Thanks

Brent Wood
