Re: [Qgis-user] plugin for drones
Sort of, WebODM appears to install a virtual machine, which is how OpenDroneMap is distributed. So it probably talks over a local network. I guess a plugin could be written where you just provide the url/ip of the server for processing. Not correct. You can install WebODMon windows too. Look at WEBODM.org. I have judt been giving a workshop at FOSS4G in Boston about the topic. It has a very poor GCP interaction - but in a very short time it would be better. Stephen Mather was 5 minutes to tell about the issues. Re: [Qgis-user] plugin for drones
My colleagues and I just tested the following Android apps: DroneDeploy Litchi (Use this website to make the plan and download it Litchi https://croptsrv-cdc.it.csiro.au/shiny/users/zhe00a/missionplanner/) Pix4d Capture PrecisionFlight OpenDroneMap is an open source option for stitching your photos. It produces a Geotiff you can use in QGIS. You could wrap it in QGIS, but only on a Linux box. Re: [Qgis-user] plugin for drones
We are using altizure for flight planning of a DJI drone: not that I'd recommend it as it is not opensource, but I am not aware of a FOSS solution. I have written http://jmfriedt.free.fr/glmf_micmac_uav_eng.pdf as a tutorial on using the French National Geographic Institute Micmac for processing UAV pictures to generate orthophotos and DEMs. It will work with a few hundred pictures if you are patient enough. The tutorial will not avoid reading at least part of the excellent Micmac documentation found at https://github.com/micmacIGN/Documentation/blob/master/DocMicMac.pdf JM - Mail original - De: "Alexandre Neto" À: "Nuno de Santos Loureiro" , qgis-user@lists.osgeo.org Envoyé: Lundi 14 Août 2017 20:48:37 Objet: Re: [Qgis-user] plugin for drones Nuno, Foe A seg, 14/08/2017, 19:05, Nuno de Santos Loureiro < nlou...@ualg.pt > escreveu: Hello all, Can anyone be so kind to send suggestions about flight planners for DJI Phantom drones that run in android devices?
