Recently I noticed that Klas Karlsson was using google.com fonts in his
html titles. For example the "Extra Fancy Title" on QGIS HUB

Re: [Qgis-user] How to add a base map to my project?

2020-10-23 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
Maria,
There is an Open Street Map included in your installation you can add it
through Layer>Add Layer>XYZ Layer>Open Street Map> ADD.
Or by double clicking in the browser on the OpenStreetMap in the XYZ Tiles
Section.
Additionally there are other basemaps available through the
QuickMapServices plugin.

Maria I just realized that you said you were using QGIS 3.6 I am not sure
if the Open Street Map XYZ tile was preinstalled at that point you may have
to use the Quick Map Services plugin.

Re: [Qgis-user] UNION OF FILE VECTORS (different geometry) and rasterize

2020-10-27 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
I often use the saga patching tool to overlay rasters.
http://www.saga-gis.org/saga_tool_doc/2.2.6/grid_tools_5.html
First you would need to rasterize each of your shape files and then use the
patching tool with whatever raster you want to end up on top as the patch
grid.

Re: [Qgis-user] Saving project to geopackage

2020-10-31 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
António,
I agree that this is a place where there could be improved. But as it seems
to improve everyday I have hope it won't be too long.
The easiest and safest way I have found is to put all of your layers and
project file in the same folder and zip it.

Have you tried the package layers tool in processing?
It will take all of the layers you select and put them in a geopackage.
There is the option to include the style. For your purposes the style will
ultimately be controlled by the .qgz project file but it would be helpful
during the process.
I believe it only works on vector layers so you would have to save raster
layers using the right click > export > save as > geopackage. Unless
someone else knows a better method.
This will not load the packaged layers into your project file so you would
have to either load them in again and delete your original layers or open
up a new project and load them in to that.
You can then save your project to the same geopackage.
Double clicking on the geopackage in my experience will not open the
project file instead it will open up one of the layers.
Instead you need to open it through the qgis file browser. Once you do this
you can do all the things you described.

Things that would make this an easy one click process would be if package
layers:

   1. Worked on rasters
   2. Had an option to include the project file.

Things that would make it even better.

   1. An extent could be defined
   2. A projection could be defined.

[Qgis-user] Pygis path or field index from layer ID

2020-11-18 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
Hi,
I am trying to create a tool that chains together some algorithms.
Normally I would just use the graphical modeler but one of the tools I want
to chain together is Tin Interpolation that doesn't seem to work well with
the modeler.
I have gotten it to work by setting up what I can in the modeler and then
exporting and modifying a python script.
One thing that I can't seem to get to work is the input field for the
interpolation plugin. It appears to need the field index.
I can get the field index if I have the file path but when I use the Vector
Layer Parameter like this:
*self.addParameter(QgsProcessingParameterVectorLayer('Elevationpoints',
'Elevation_points', types=[QgsProcessing.TypeVectorAnyGeometry],
defaultValue=None))*

This seems to return the layer ID rather than the path. Something like this:
*'Elevationpoints_ad0ce945_8f93_4e0e_8fe7_5b053ef287dd'*

In the console I get the correct result if I run script this with the path-

*vlayer = QgsVectorLayer('C:\Elevationpoints.shp')index =
vlayer.fields().lookupField('Lidar')print(index)*
But if I try to use the layer ID from the console or the script GUI I get
-1 meaning the field was not found.
And if I run dataprovider() it says the layer doesn't have a data provider.

How can I get the field index from the layer ID?

I also posted this question on stack exchange.
https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/379502/index-of-field-layer-where-i-have-the-layer-id-pyqgis-3

Thanks for the help!

This looks like the same issue you are having.
github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/38227
According to the documentation linked in the issue you need to set the band
count to 1 otherwise it defaults to 4.
gdal.org/drivers/raster/gpkg.html
I have not tried this to see if it works.

Ryan,
The advanced digitizing panel allows you to use the move tool and input a
specific distance (use the "d" shortcut). Here is some documentation:

Alberto,
I found that by clicking on “Style > Save as Default” in the “Symbology”

Re: [Qgis-user] Diagnosing QGIS slowdown (Windows)

2020-12-16 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
Martin,
Sorry to hear about your problems.
When I am doing complex digitizing or geoprocessing I often open up a
second instance of QGIS.
As of 3.14 you can now simply drag layers from one instance to another
without losing styling.
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/35382
Makes it easy to troubleshoot or work with a subset of layers without too
much hassle.

Re: [Qgis-user] Confusion with ellipsoidal method of $area

2021-01-06 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
Hello,
Sorry if this gets posted twice I previously attached a .gpkg and it
bounced due to the 100kb limit.
I am enjoying this fascinating discussion. This is all fairly new to me so
I looked some things up and want to make sure that I am getting things
right,

   1. In QGIS the $area function uses the sphere/ellipsoid settings of the
project not of the CRS of the layer.
   2. QGIS uses the PROJ library to calculate area
   3. According to the PROJ documentation
   even.rouault.free.fr/proj_cpp_api/rst_generated/html/geodesic.html PROJ
   uses GeographicLib to calculate area.

If this is all true then if as Jukka Rahkonen describes the layer and the
project were both EPSG:4326 and the ellipsoid in the Project-Settings was
WGS 84 (EPSG:7030) then the QGIS measurements should be consistent (if they
are correct is open to discussion).with this GeographicLib web
calculator that says it uses the WGS84 ellipsoid
geographiclib.sourceforge.io/cgi-bin/Planimeter?type=polygon&rhumb=geodesic&input=59.95688345+20.13293641%0D%0A60.47397663+26.94617837%0D%0A62.56499443+29.74782155%0D%0A68.70650340+27.45254202%0D%0A68.24937206+23.75771765%0D%0A65.27444593+25.42698984%0D%0A63.10353609+21.51545237%0D%0A61.12318104+21.40562760%0D%0A60.40477513+19.41123592%0D%0A59.95688345+20.13293641&option=Submit

Using Jukka Rahkonen's points and processes I ended up with the same non
consistent results as they reported. Attached is a geopackage with the
polygon that I used,

While I find it difficult to completely remove those artifacts I
usually use SAGA Gaussian Filter in QGIS to smooth rasters.
You will lose real edes and creases.

Not my area of expertise but my first suspect would be the alpha channel
(the A in RGBA or transparency). JPEG doesn’t support an alpha channel. You
might try png or jpeg 2000 as an alternative.

Re: [Qgis-user] Detail-level of exported maps

2021-02-05 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
Fred,
This is in my experience a limitation of the online basemaps. They are not
designed for printing.
As mentioned earlier you can use the map tiler plugin
https://www.maptiler.com/qgis-plugin/ to add vector tile maps. This has 2
advantages.
First if you print at 72 dpi the labels will still be crisp because they
are vectors. This does not help if you also have a raster layer because now
it will be low resolution.
Second you have control over the styles. This means you can make all of the
adjustment to label size in the style tab of the vector tile.

I have gone as far as creating a style with a project variable that I can
adjust the scale of the vector tile style tile at any point.

   1.

First add tile_zoom_mag as a project property
   2.

If you set iit to 1- you will see it as you would expect. For 150dpi
something like 2 might be better. If it is set to a high number in the map
and layout view before printing it will look wrong.

   1.

To create the style I added @tile_zoom_mag * (original expression) in
front of all the size expressions for line work.
   2.

For label size and lines that did not have an expression I used @value
*@tile_zoom_mag. This takes the currently set value and multiplies it by
   the tile_zoom_mag variable.

Re: [Qgis-user] Unreadable streetnames during export as image from print composer

2021-02-12 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
As Silvio said this is a limitation of the online basemaps. They are not
designed for printing.
As Sivlio mentioned the size is determined by the export resolution In your
Layout window try setting your output resolution under
*layout>properties>export
settings* to 96dpi. This will make your labels the right size but any
rasters you have will be fuzzy.

If rasters being fuzzy is a problem then it is good that you are using
Maptiler because it gives you control over the styles. This means you can
make all of the adjustment to label size in the style tab of the vector
tile. If you are printing at 300 dpi make them 3 times larger than you
think you need.
They will look way too big in QGIS but when you print them they will be the
right size.

Re: [Qgis-user] contours and symbology

2021-03-03 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
I use rule based styling with this expression for my 100m contour filter
rule:
"ELEV" % 100 = 0
And then another rule that has the Else selected.
The formula is:
"ELEV" :The attribute field that contains your label
% : The remainder from division
100 : the divider
= 0 : the remainder should equal zero.
This filters all the 100m contours.

Re: [Qgis-user] contours and symbology

2021-03-03 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
Bernd,
Thanks for the hint.
The % operator description in QGIS only says: Remainder of division
This has thrown me off in the past because I have tried to search for the
Modulo in the expressions dialog and nothing came up.
I should probably request a change to add the modulo term at the QGIS git
hub.

Martin,
I think this may be the result of the new feature

Which is exciting for me becasue that is how I would like to have my

interested in. I have not tried 3.18 myself so don't know if there is a
workaround.
It does look like there are some links to discussions in the comments of

Re: [Qgis-user] Raster Layer Symbology Problem

2021-03-10 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
Martin,
I agree with your assessment.
I assume the assumption of the designers (thank you Nyall Dawson et al for
all of your amazing work) was that if you were displaying a
continuous raster you would want a continuous legend as well.
As shown by your issue and in the links I shared with you the reality is
that this doesn't fit all use cases.
I am considering writing up a feature request to address those issues.
Unless you want to?
To help me understand your use case more would a legend that was
continuous but had numerical values at each "break" work for you? An
example of this is in this tutorial
https://www.ecodiv.earth/post/legend-for-continuous-raster-in-qgis-composer/

Re: [Qgis-user] make place names larger in OpenStreetMap

2021-03-11 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
Jeremy,
This is a common thing to happen when exporting maps using a WM(T)S or
Tile layer
such as Open Street Map. This is due to the fact that they are designed for
the DPI of your monitor (probably ~ 96dpi) rather than DPI of your exported
map (probably ~300dpi).
If you reduce the DPI of your exported map in your Layout window by
setting your output resolution under *layout>properties>export settings* to
something like 96dpi. This will make the labels larger but you will
sacrifice the resolution of the output.

If you are using 3.16 you can use the Maptiler plugin to load a vector tile
version of OpenStreetMap which will give you control over the styles. This
means you can make all of the adjustment to label size in the style tab of
the vector tile. If you are printing at 300 dpi make them 3 times larger
than you think you need. They will look way too big in QGIS but when you
print them they will be the right size.

Re: [Qgis-user] Raster Layer Symbology Problem

2021-03-12 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
Martin,
The link that Alessandro provided was indeed the ability to revert back to
the previous discrete method. https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/42193
As the pull request has a Backport 3.18 flag on it I assume that that means
that for the 3.18.1 release next week there should be the ability to turn
off continuous raster legend!

Re: [Qgis-user] Generate the bearing in the attribute table

2021-04-08 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
Carlos-
Interesting problem-
You might get better responses on stack exchange.
I have the same confusion as Ujaval. Each side of your polygon will have a
different bearing.
If all you care about is the average angle then you can use this
expression main_angle( $geometry)
This will return azimuth of the polygon in degrees from north.
I don't know how to convert this to bearing in QGIS.

How can I generate the bearing in the attribute table of a polygon? the
bearing not in azimuth, but for example N30E etc

Re: [Qgis-user] Background of a map

2021-04-13 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
Is the background map a streaming map such as open street map. It will load
different tile depending on the resolution that you are exporting it. If
your internet times out or you are exporting at a high DPI this can result
in the map not loading. Change your output resolution to 96 and see if that
helps. If so you can try to export at higher resolutions until you get to
one that has enough resolution and still loads.

Re: [Qgis-user] Measure distance along line

2021-04-29 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
 Jérémie,
That does sound like a cool feature.
The work around I would use is:

   - Create a Line Scratch Layer
   - Trace the path of interest (using the automagic trace feature in
   snapping)
   - Get the derived length by using the identify tool.

[Qgis-user] Reference Map properties in a different layout

2021-05-12 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
Hi I am trying to create a map layout that uses the size of the map from a
different layout in expressions. I am looking for something similar to
map_get but being able to pull it from another layout. So maybe layout_get?
How I imagine the expression would work:
y_min(map_get(item_variables( *layout_get*('Layout_1',(
'Main_Map')),'map_extent')))
Is there an expression like this somewhere?

I know I can create a project variable for x_min and use that but I would
rather create a master layout that I can adjust and it adjusts the items in
the other child layouts.
I also know I can create an atlas that allows me to have the same size maps
in each atlas section but I need the themes to change not the view.

Thanks
-Sebastian

That sounds like a very interesting plugin. Do you think if the hillshade
renderer had data defined values enabled your plugin would be able to
provide the altitude and azimuth of the sun at a specific time?

[Qgis-user] Help with new plugin for AEC project syncing

2021-08-10 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
Hello,
I am writing on behalf of a developer working on creating a new plugin that
connects QGIS to Speckle. Speckle is an opensource GIT like system for
Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) that syncs geometry and
other data between various proprietary and open source software including
Blender, Revit, AutoCAD and Rhino. https://speckle.systems/
A few months ago I wrote to them to see if they were interested in having a
plugin (connector in their terms) that syncs between Speckle and QGIS. They
were excited about this and have started working on it.
See the thread here: https://speckle.community/t/qgis-connector-wip/1619

They are looking for advice and If you have experience writing plugins or
work in GIS and the AEC industry they would love to hear your thoughts!

Re: [Qgis-user] Themes, visibility, layout, report, atlas and Layer ID vs Layer name

2021-08-19 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
Jesahel,
This may be something you already do and I don't know if this would save
you any time but I often set up project variables in situations where I am
using a layer across many expressions or layouts.
Project>Properties>Variables
For example when I am referencing a DEM in expression over and over I
create a variable DEM and set to to the layer ID e.g.
'DEM_d44338fa_1bf5_4ea6_b58e_7489ea8b28a8' and then in my expression
reference @DEM in my expressions. While it is still a little annoying to
have to change the variable when I change the DEM I only have to change it
in one place.

Just so you know all your options :). There is also the Whitebox Tools
plugin for QGIS (you need to install whitebox tools) that has a
NaturalNeighourInterpolation algo. "Creates a raster grid based on Sibson's

Re: [Qgis-user] Raster calculator difference evaluation

2021-10-03 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
In case Nicolas' answer wasn't detailed enough I would use the SAGA invert
data/no-data with the no-data value set to 1 on your raster A layer. This
will create a mask with 1 in all the cells that were no-data and no-data in
all the other cells. Then using the raster calculator run Mask Layer *
Layer B = only cells that were no-data in Layer A.

Re: [Qgis-user] help please

2021-10-11 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
QGIS can definitely do all of those things. We have been using and loving
the Input app but for your purposes a simpler method might work. If you
have the person on the site take a picture of the machine with their phone
(location services should be turned on) you could then collect all of the
pictures in a folder and use the Import Geotagged Photos tool in QGIS to
bring the photos into QGIS and have a point created at each location. Once
you have a point layer you can add any additional data you like. Here is a
blog post that might be useful.

I'm not sure if it is possible in google maps. But that same polygon is
available in Open Street Maps which you can import polygons for in QGIS

2021-12-31 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
There was some discussion on this in the list serve back in January
 that
resulted in this feature request
and this pull request . I tested
your polygon, to the best of my limited ability, and the areas were indeed
different in QGIS 3.16 and 3.22 as would be expected from that change .
However it would be hoped that the area measurement would be more accurate
in 3.22.

I have not had any problems running SAGA algorithms with the warning. Users
have been wanting some of the features that new versions of SAGA provide so
the developers upgraded to SAGA version (maybe only in the OSGeo version?)
but have not made sure they all work. Qgis is slowly moving towards having
SAGA as a stand alone plug in and you can use the prototype of that called
SAGA NextGen provider plug in as a work around.

2022-01-03 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
Yes that was my read as well except previously it was the Grass method and
now it is Geographic Lib method because that is theoretically more accurate
and is the same method that is used in Postgis and other places. The
switched happened because someone noticed the difference between QGIS’s
calculations and Postgis’s calculations. If I am reading the pull requests
correctly even Grass has switched to the Geographic Lib method. I’m
surprised that ArcGIS Pro uses the same method as the Grass method.

Re: [Qgis-user] Wrong area count QGIS 3.20+?

2022-01-03 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
Ok to add to the fun I tried the calculations in ArcPro and interestingly
if I run it using calculate field with this expression
*!shape.geodesicArea@hectares!* I get the QGIS 3.22 value of 31271112 but
if I run Geoprossessing Add Geometry Attributes I get the QGIS 3.16 value
of 31271108.
So if you want them to match I guess you should use the python expression
in ArcGIS Pro!

I guess we are back to the old adage of All Measuring is Guessing.

Thanks everyone for working on this. The transformation warnings and
dialogs are very confusing especially for new users and ultimately teaches
them to ignore QGIS warnings.
Like John I have been looking for some documentation I could point my

Re: [Qgis-user] Raster calculation: if Layer1 is > 1, then Layer2 should be 0

2022-02-17 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
Reclassify your Layer 1 to be anything greater than 1 = 0 everything else
equals 1. This will give you a binary 1 and 0 raster (Layer 3) that you
can use in the raster calculator: Layer 2 * Layer 3. Anywhere where layer
3 is 1 your layer 2 values will stay the same and anywhere where layer 3 is
0 your layer 2 values will become 0.

Re: [Qgis-user] Projection conversion

2022-02-27 Thread Sebastian Gutwein
Mike,
QGIS operates on two levels: The data level and the visualization level. If
you added your US outline to QGIS it will automatically show it to you in
the projection the data is in. If all you need is to create an output that
looks like it is in a different projection you can change the projection of
the project. This is done in Project>Project Properties>CRS. Or look in the
bottom right hand corner for the image that looks like a world with a hat
and click to bring up the projection dialog. If you need the actual data to
be in a different projection right click on the layer and select
Export>Save Features As and in the dialog select the desired reference
system (CRS).
Here is handout I created going over this in more detail
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-FJtKGP1b2xDgswvZ3sUmAqff9S1zQS6/view?usp=sharing
Good luck.

[Qgis-user] Mac OS QGIS installer 3.16

2022-04-21 Thread Sebastian Gutwein via Qgis-user
Hello,
I have a student that is trying to install QGIS on her Mac OS. Neither the
latest or the long term version are working for some reason. In the fall
she had 3.16 installed and wanted to try to install it again in case there
was an issue with the latest version. However we can't seem to find 3.16 in
the official repository. I would assume because it was after the switch
from the KyngChaos builds they would be in the QGIS repository here:
https://download.qgis.org/downloads/macOS/ but I only see up to 3.8. Should
I then point her to the KyngChaos version?

Yes - because they added vector georeferencing it is now under the Layer

I have been experiencing the same problem. It seems to occur when there are
a lot of elements in the map. Very painful experience. And I agree that it
seems like it shouldn't need to be calculating while you are typing.

Re: [Qgis-user] QGIS and geopackages in sharepoint environement

2022-08-05 Thread Sebastian Gutwein via Qgis-user
Although it is not recommended we use google drive and as of the latest
release it works ok for most files including Geopackage. In past versions
any time a layer on a geopackage was opened this would cause the file to be
marked as changed and upload the whole file. In the current version (3.26)
this only happens when edit mode is turned on. However saving after edits
is much slower when it is in the Google drive. It appears that the .wal
file decides to load the entire file into itself when in the google drive
before writing the change to the file. Of course this doesn't prevent
people from overwriting each other's changes if two people are concurrently
editing on different machines.
The file path doesn't seem to be a problem if the files are in the same
location relative to the project file on different machines.
I would be interested if at some point someone created a solution that
allowed for diffs on geopackages using Lutra's
https://github.com/MerginMaps/geodiff . I imagine if that worked there
would be an cloud unsynced local version and a cloud synced local version
that you could trigger a diff operation against.

[Qgis-user] DXF layer locking

2022-11-21 Thread Sebastian Gutwein via Qgis-user
Hello,
I was excited to discover recently that you can drag and drop DXF layers
into QGIS.
The layer keeps its reference to the dxf and when the dxf is changed the
layer is updated.
The only problem I have had is that if I have the layer open in QGIS
AutoCAD won't let me save the dxf because it thinks it is open in another
program.
Does anyone know if there is a workaround?
A way to load the dxf without telling Windows that it is in use?
As a network layer or something?

I did find that if I use QCAD I do not have a problem saving the DXF.
Unfortunately QCAD does not have all the functionality that we need.

Thanks
-Bas

that goes over how to load files in windows without locking them. Not sure
if it is relevant.

3.24 by default they open without creating sidecar files. However if it
edited or is opened by a second person it will create the sidecar files.

Re: [Qgis-user] Open GPKG layers in read-only mode

2023-04-03 Thread Sebastian Gutwein via QGIS-User
Jérémie,
I went and looked at my notes from when I was testing this after QGIS
3.24.1 came out and I had misremembered. Two people can open it at the same
time without the sidecar files being created. We have not had any
problems using gpkgs to read data on google drive for desktop.
Editing is not recommended but we have also been doing that. We are able
edit the geopackages if we are sure only one person will be editing it at a
time. This is almost always the case for us because usually only one person
is working on a project at a time and projects don't share editable data.
Saving edits is a lot slower on the google drive folder for small files
this is not noticeable but for large files this can be painful. I have
noticed that the sidecar files balloon to the size of the original files
when saving when google drive is on which is probably causing the slowness.
If google drive syncing is paused this is not a problem. The other thing I
noticed at the time of my original tests is that if there is more than one
layer in the geopackage after editing one of the layers and editing is
turned off the file does not remove the sidecar files. If there is only one
layer this is not a problem.
Hope that helps.

Re: [Qgis-user] Technical specifications

2023-06-02 Thread Sebastian Gutwein via QGIS-User
Hello,
As it was not clear exactly what the needs of the department were I wanted
to offer an alternative perspective.
I have a small planning and design firm and we utilize QGIS healily on all
of our computers. I also teach GIS at a local masters program in planning.
While I agree with the specs put forward by the other respondents if you
are engaging in large geoprocessing tasks or if you want to make sure that
the computer you purchase is somewhat future proof. However, my students
and I do an amazing amount of processing and map creation on much less. I
have 16 GB of ram on my 6 year old windows machine and with the right
optimizations and able to run state wide geoprocessing tasks (I imagine you
could even have less RAM on linux). Some of my students this year somehow
ended up with 8 GB of ram on windows and if they are careful about the
number of programs they have open can easily run town scale GIS processing.

Re: [Qgis-user] Z and Elevation

2023-06-28 Thread Sebastian Gutwein via QGIS-User
Manolo,
You may already know this and be asking a deeper question that I am not
understanding but in case you are not:
The Z is the value derived from the geometry itself that QGIS uses to draw
the location of the point.
The Elevation is an attribute associated with the point (a field in the
attribute table).
There are many reasons that these might not be the same.
It could be that they were derived from two different sources or there was
a transformation that occurred that changed the Z value.
Hope this helps.

Re: [Qgis-user] Locking Font Characteristics for Text Items in Print Layout

2023-12-08 Thread Sebastian Gutwein via QGIS-User
Tim,
I have never had the font style change on me after reopening a QGIS file.
In other words they should be locked by default.
To me this sounds like a bug or there is an issue with the way fonts are
working on your system or your QGIS file is getting corrupted in some way.
If you can share your file or create a simple file showing the issue I
would suggest creating a bug report on the QGIS github site.
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues
The volunteer bug fixers will only be able to fix your issue if they can
reproduce it so if you can create a file with steps that
consistently creates the problem you will have the best chances of getting
it resolved.

Here are some things I would consider trying.
If you are using a different version of QGIS now you could try to download
and use the same version of QGIS that you used previously in case something
changed on the QGIS code that prevented your file from working correctly.
Is it possible that the font you were using previously is no longer
available on your system and QGIS is replacing it with another font?

Good luck

Re: [Qgis-user] Missing Raster Calculator in QGIS 3.34

Sadly it looks like there was a port of the Raster Calculator to C++ and
that functionality wasn't ported. https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/54035
