Hi

1) Grass doesnt know anything about .qgs files
2) To import a dataset into GRASS you need do :

  - create a grass mapset
 - open the mapset
 - open the grass tools dialog
 - use the provided tools to move your data from gdal or ogr into grass

3) Use file-save as image to snap a picture of your map for export to GIMP

Have fun!

,I can not open in it. I want to work in qgis all the process until
interpolation result, due to I´had troubles in interpolation work in grass.
How can I export from qgis to grass for making my legend.

Another question is how I can export the monitor to gimp

 Its a great help.

Dear all
I need to implement a raster legend, but my raster layer come from an
interpolation and It doesn´t have an atribute table, I don´t know if I´can
do this without atribute table, but I need to present the values of colors
represented for my interpolation field in the interpolation map.

2007-12-05 Thread M S
I'm not sure what is meant by an attribute table for the raster. The
values you have interpolated to create the raster would be the values to
display in the raster legend, unless you want textual classifications for
 the raster values?

Since I couldnt find something in QGIS to display my raster legend (which
was for a surface elevation), I used the raster legend in GRASS, and
exported the monitor display image with the raster legend in it. then I
used GIMP to cut the legend to a small graphic, and then was able to add the
image/graphic to the QGIS map composer with the QGIS button add image in
the map composer. It worked out very well.

 hope that helps.

Hi Giroux

Please use a proper subject line for your emails otherwise nobody
will see them :-(

I've not seen that error before - could you test with one of the 0.9
preview builds from Tisham and let us know if it remains an issue in
0.9?

Best regards

Hi Martin!

is there any reason why you don't use mingw from msys environment
(c:\msys\mingw) ? Also, have you run qtvars.bat before cmake to set
 the right paths?
Moreover I advice you to do the build in a separate directory, it's
easier to do a complete clean etc.
I checked out the current version of today (svn co
https://svn.qgis.org/repos/qgis/trunk/qgis), created the makefiles with
cmakesetup and started make.
This is, what I got (not all of it, just the last lines with the error)

I would suggest you to run CMakeSetup and set PEDANTIC variable to off
until we check in a fix for this warning. After this change 'make'
should run well.
