It would be highly unusual to hear from ALL of us on any topic. 2-5% of the
subscriber mass is about as close as youll get, and possibly represents the
full spectre of opinion.
Im all for all of Dilwyn's ideas on the subject.

As to venue I dont have a preference as I know a lot of people are going to
have to travel far to get there wherever its going to be. Not being a very
sociable type myself, I might find it attractive if the venue could be
available 24 hours and near, or combined with, the place of repose, so that
those who prefer computing to eating/sleeping could get on with it at any
unsociable hour they saw fit. (Perhaps some extra shaver sockets could be
laid on?)

Some talks on more advanced aspects of Qdos/Smsq might make a nice change:
GD2, Wman2, PE, Things, etc, ie beyond the basics that are available in the
various tutorials. Anything that will promote the development of good
software by the sort of people who develop software for the "QL", ie
amateurs, or programmers/computerati that work professionally in other
environments. This may also be interesting for lapsed QL professionals. By
all means lay on the "How to improve your chances of promotion using Quill"
and "Cataloguing your vintage whisky collection with Archive" if there is a
demand, just dont forget the rest of us.
