Progress with wxqt2 is limited, got it up to run, including binding the help pages, sadly it seems to keel over on creating or accessing a QXL.WIN file. My bodge thought above looks the most promising, worked on a small scale trial. Mouse activation not yet achieved, tho' it is present in DOS. Hey Ho, the struggle continues To be honest here QPC2 makes so much more sense. I don't know who said time is money (watchmakers probably) but you can achieve all you want with QPC2 without any other programs being needed. Yes, the simple beauty of a software solution over a hardware solution. Another advantage is the ease of having an emulator of several machines. -- Malcolm Cadman ___ QL-Users Mailing List http://www.quanta.org.uk/mailing.htm
Re: [ql-users] QL workshop Berchtesgaden 2 Oct 04
It is with great apologies that I have to inform everyone that my aeroplane will be grounded for another month. It is having new engines fitted which have arrived but the fuel injector servos (which meter the fuel depending on the airflow) are the missing bits on which everything waits. So there can be no trip from Biggin Hill to Berchtesgaden this year which is, from my point of view, a great pity but completely outside my control. Regards and more apologies, Peter Fox In article <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Tony Firshman) wrote: > I think I have posted this before, but there is a spare place in Peter > Fox's 4 seater Piper plane. > > Cost for the flight and car hire is likely to be something under £140. > > It is quite an experience. > > We are likely to be flying out from Biggin Hill midday Friday 1 October, > and arrive back on Sunday afternoon. > > > Tony > -- > QBBS (QL fido BBS 2:252/67) +44(0)1442-828255 > tony@.co.uk http://www.firshman.co.uk >Voice: +44(0)1442-828254 Fax: +44(0)1442-828255 > TF Services, 29 Longfield Road, TRING, Herts, HP23 4DG > ___ > QL-Users Mailing List > http://www.quanta.org.uk/mailing.htm > ___ QL-Users Mailing List http://www.quanta.org.uk/mailing.htm
