[ql-users] Texas Instruments Omni Dot Matrix Printer - HELP
Has anyone ever come across a Texas Instruments Omni 800 printer (model 880). I have a customer who needs to either get one replaced or repaired for use with a bespoke Unix system asap. If we cannot find one, does anyone know if they were an Epson compatible at all (in which case, all we need is an A3 Epson dot matrix printer). I have some here myself, ie an Aurora, a Q40, a Super Gold Card and a Gold Card. I will adapt them to look similar to yours and I will send them to you Phoebus P.s. One was a German MG, I liked the _ next to SHIFT key. You can even do it from basic actually. There is a great article by Tony Tebby on how to do that on SMSQ/(e) in an old IQLR.
