RE: [qmailtoaster] Re: How to migrate from Mdaemon to QMT
I would have follow below steps: 1) First create all the username and password on new server. 2) Then I'll use fetchmail for all accounts 1 by 1 from old server to new server. In fetchmail, instead of POP i'll use IMAP server to retain folder structure. Can you do that and let us have the structure of the CSV file? It may (don't hold me to it) be possible to use that CSV to populate the vpopmail table for the domain. In case MDaemon exports the clear text password, you could loop through the accounts and retrieve mail to the new server using imapsync. [qmailtoaster] Re: newmodel update issues
There must be something a bit peculiar about this host then, or perhaps the combination of packages being updated. Let's try upgrading something simple first, by itself. Please try upgrading only qmailmrtg-toaster, by itself. If that's successful, try autorespond-toaster by itself. If that's successful, then try spamassassin-toaster, clamav-toaster and simscan-toaster all together. If those are all successful, please post output from qtp-ami-up2date again, and we'll go from there. Let us know where/if you get stuck with this. Oh, and please post output from qtp-whatami as well.
