Hi, All my pop3 user are getting this error message when they are trying to connect from out side office but if they in office LAN its working please help to fix this problem The server does not support a SSL connection. what does your /etc/tcp.smtp file have in it? also are you running DNS on this machine and is the firewall open on port 25? The problem is that you are getting banned by a blacklist: Server Response: '250 rblsmtpd.local' If your clients have fixed IP address you can disable rbls with tcprules. If your clientes have dynamic IPs you should use the submission port with smtp-authentication. Natalio. If you have port 587 open (on the firewall) you should not have to do anything to get this working if your installation is up to date. Try this telnet mail.domain.com 587 If it responds with your servers hostname then all you should need to do is turn on my outgoing mail server requires authentication and you should be all set.
