Anything you can do with the web tools, you can (and more) with the CLI 
tools.

Check the wiki page for how to fix the DB to stop the blank page.

there is a text file...
/home/vpopmail/domains/xxx/.qmailadmin-limits
where xxx represents your domain that has your answer.

What are you using to edit the domain? What are you trying to change?

Did you perhaps create the domain with vqadmin? vqadmin is broken, and 
should not be used for any sort of updating. Domains should be added via
