I assume as it states it can't find body_0.pm. I'm just not sure
how to resolve this issue or if it will resolve itself on the next

I also get a similar message for 'Bignum.pm' (can't locate) and
freemail.pm' (failed to parse).

Has anyone seen this error before? I don't seem to be able to find
anything on this error on the Spamassassin site or by Googling it. I
get hits all around it, but nothing that is exactly on target.

Re: [qmailtoaster] Spamassassin Error

2010-06-18 Thread Martin Waschbuesch
I would recommend doing a

yum search Bignum

for instance.

The result is (on my machine):

# yum search bignum

 * addons: centos.intergenia.de
 * base: ftp.plusline.de
 * extras: centos.intergenia.de
 * rpmforge: ftp-stud.fht-esslingen.de

Finished
=== Matched: bignum
clisp.x86_64 : ANSI Common Lisp implementation
perl-Crypt-OpenSSL-Bignum.x86_64 : OpenSSL's multiprecision integer arithmetic

yum install perl-Crypt-OpenSSL-Bignum

will do the trick - did for me anyway.

sa-compile should solve the other problem.

I assume as it states it can't find body_0.pm. I'm just not sure
how to resolve this issue or if it will resolve itself on the next
update.

Thanks,

Scott

No, I don't think I've ever ran sa-compile.

I am pretty sure those are Perl modules you'll need to install.

 i am using latest version qmail-toaster, but i found there are some

Delete /root/.spamassassin/bayes (directory)
touch /root/.spamassassin/bayes
chmod 600 /root/.spamassassin/bayes

then run spamassassin -D --lint
and see if that solves everything for you.

You'll need to change the permissions on root's directory also, which is
why I moved it back to /etc/mail/spamassassin/.spamassassin

Ron Horist wrote:

I accidentally moved the /root/.spamassassin directory to my trash.
Hovever I copied it back. Now when I run:

spamassassin -D --lint

I get the following warning:

warn: config: SpamAssassin failed to parse line,
/root/.spamassassin/bayes is not valid for bayes_path, skipping:
bayes_path /root/.spamassassin/bayes

My question is I think it restored ok, however I am wondering what the
permissions should be? Right the .spamassassin and all other directories
and files under it are root:root. Is this correct?

root:root is correct, chmod 755. The permissions for mine are as follows:
-rw---  1 vpopmail vchkpw  331776 Oct 26 13:51 auto-whitelist
-rw---  1 vpopmail vchkpw   95400 Oct 26 13:51 bayes_journal

-rw---  1 vpopmail vchkpw 5292032 Oct 26 13:51 bayes_toks
-rwx--  1 root root 12288 Oct 21 10:26 old_auto-whitelist

Try that.
