I loved how you two danced. What a great memory. I was injured in 1973 at 17 and my sister's and cousins brought me out to night clubs and I always danced, fast and slow. It never dawned on me that I couldn't. On my first date, with my sweetheart of 32 years, he asked me to dance, a slow dance. I was surprised because I didn't think HE knew I could dance. I just had him sit on my arm rest, we'd hold each other and rock to the music. Now when we dance at Jazz festivals we have now perfected twirling and hooking elbows. BTW he's able-bodied. Fabulous !!! the night of my sons accident at 19 we chatted about how he didn't like to sing but loved to dance.
