Still not judging here so I hope that people are not labeling me as judging. I stated the facts. I tried to do a search on the statistics on blacks and whites collecting government assistance to compare to the numbers that you pulled up, but came up empty handed so far so I will not speculate, but I think that we would be surprised. There are more whites in the population so that should mean that there would be far less blacks collecting, but I don't know what we would find if we got the statistics on what race is on government assistance. As one travels from the East Coast to the West Coast and from the South to the North, they will see that racial mix of those making babies and collecting benefits on the system vary greatly. But if one looks at the complete picture, minorities receive the least about of benefits. In essence, poor white women receiving benefits outnumber black women receiving benefits considerably.
