Oh yeah it would need a lot of money, but that was what I meant. If you had enough money to get "good help"
Not hire $9 hour people who don't show up, steel, use drugs, etc. I'm sure most of us have gone though all that.

Money might e the only thing that can save you, family or not.
As long as you can comunicate and have money for around the clock help, you can hire help yourself.
Family is a huge safty net and comfort, but money gets help.
