Oh yeah it would need a lot of money, but that was what I meant. If you had enough money to get "good help" Not hire $9 hour people who don't show up, steel, use drugs, etc. I'm sure most of us have gone though all that. Money might e the only thing that can save you, family or not. As long as you can comunicate and have money for around the clock help, you can hire help yourself. Nursing homes are another death sentence for high level quads. They have no idea what our care requires let alone wound care, power chair care, lift care, & with ONE aide assigned to 25-27 patients & only 10 minutes of care to each. Worldwide.
