I  guess I should've  read the question better I was doing exact opposite of what you wanted.
But I've been known to be backwards sometimes.

You have to transfer or request funds to your paypal account with your checking account otherwise it uses your credit card because you have a zero balance in your account.
After you log in your account it should tell you your balance and if it's zero it goes to your secondary source.
Just click add funds but it takes a few days so make sure you do it ahead if you're planning on purchasing items.

I PUT A FEW PHISHERS TOGETHER YESTERDAY WHILE WATCHING JJ ROB EVERYONE AT NASCAR IN THE LAST 10 SECONDS.  I RAN THEM LAST NIGHT AND REQUESTED 11,000 LOANS FROM  3 DIFFERENT COMPANYS.  I HOPE THEY ARE PAYING BY THE 'HIT'.  WHAT ARE YOU OTHERS DOING THIS 3-DAY WEEKEND?
